The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Revisited this favourite, I forgot I had downloaded the additional ground vehicles! This is what FS9.5 does best, lots of scenery, lots of planes. I confess to just watching the AI for a time... Be interesting to compare this quite old scenery with say, the latest Dubai. I also do like this airport in real life, a real engineering feat on an artificial island

I'm always in search of beautiful mountains. I visited Jackson Hole in '99, not long after my daughter was born. I was assigned to a client there, but my client generously gave me time off to explore. It's a beautiful place and I enjoy visiting it in FSX. Enjoy the shots! John

This is a beautiful area for flying--the mountains look handcrafted by God. Enjoy the screenshots, and if you're ever up in that part ot Washington, enjoy North Cascades National Park. John

Took the ultralight up for a ride--it's fun flying the American Aerolights Falcon watching the scenery slowly pass by below. When I moved to Arizona seventeen years ago, virtually none of the houses flown over on my flight existed. But now with our slow home economy, the sprawl has been stopped in its tracks for almost five years. Oddly enough, the one community with regular new home activity is the one in which I live--we have a lot of interest because of our schools, proximity to the White Tank nature center and library, and our open space. Anyway, enough about that--hope you enjoy these screenshots! John

Whilst crossing the coast of the Netherlands Those pesky germans!!....still at it !!... Due to a breach of the cabin, loss of cabin pressure had me in a rapid decent from 26,000ft. Whilst in the decent, the fuel warning ping'ed, alerting me of low fuel.Looking at the fuel guages i could see i was loosing fuel from the left wing at an alarming rate, so trying to save as much as possible i switched the transfer pumps on and started pumping into the right wing.Well, that was a pretty piontless task as i saved around 56lbs... Then it all got alot better...engine 2 decided it had enough for today and quit...just marvolus (<yeh, spelling), but you couldn…

Took off from KAPC, heading west towards Pt. Reyes. Along the way you can spot Sears Point Raceway. After Sears Point I fly out over northern Marin County, headed towards Pt. Reyes before turning north to fly over Sonoma County. Hit my limit of ten screenshots, so I'm afraid you'll miss the rest of the flight. Enjoy! John
