Just finishing up installing all of my ORBX airports, and decided to take some pics at Fall City (1WA6) RealAir Scout, Weather is AS2012 SP2 Beta 4 with REX textures. Low Clouds..AS2012 is dead on with the metar i pulled up off Airnav ORBX can present you with some very good photo ops.

Although I normally fly airliners in FSX, I couldn't resist downloading the Orbx demo for the "Pacific North West" after upgrading my CPU. It looks absolutely amazing!! I really feel like buying it now. I can't believe how much of a huge difference it makes compared to the default terrain I was using before. Enjoy!!

Just got FSX installed on Windows 8 and im finding DX9 to run smooth as silk. Here are some test shots. The plane is the RealAir Scout...clouds are REX textures, water is FSWC enhanced...weather provided by OPUS and St. Maarten is FlyTampa

Had a little time to do a quick flight today SXM-CCS in my trusty Tri-Star. Bringing a little sugar to the good people of Caracas while dropping off some tourists back home. Hoping to pick up a nice little load of cacao beans while we are here. ENJOY! YOU....light up my life! Taxiing out with a pretty full load of PAX and cargo. Always love the climb-out and the sharp right after departure here. Can't you just hear that unique engine sound that she has? Cruising across the ocean on a nice day. Omni Air International Flight 102 landed at Kadena Air Base Okinawa this morning. Here she is as the daylight fades away shortly after leaving Kadena with troops bound for a deployment in Southwest Asia. Omni currently has the contract with Air Mobility Command using an MD-11, but that's supposed to change later this year. Word on the street is DoD wants an airline with either a 777-200LR or 747-400 (could it be the version two??) :lol:

Hey all, long time no postings, so I needed do break out the old Aerosim :p0502: and paint by our good friend Ed! Modified her just a tad with a fictional LC holiday charter livery, but here she is in all her glory, on a quick hop from MMTC-MMMX :mexico-flag: . I am checking out all my new Taxi2Gate scenery packs. I was so impressed with their KSTL one, that I picked up pretty much every other one they had. Nice and detailed, LOW FPS hit. After a recent SSD drive upgrade and reinstall, I was pleasantly surprised to find all my piccies still tucked away on the C drive. As you can see I'm partial to the heavy haulers, but will occasionally fire up a little guy just to tool around a bit :lol:

Jeez, the plane pretty much lands itself. Due to rather low frame rate I couldn't control the throttles totally properly hence big delay in flipping on the reversers so ended up floating nose up most of the runway. Stopped just in time, phhhwwww. Stops pretty darn well this bird once all is engaged properly.

Don't recall myself ever painting something and ever flying it again after I've uploaded it. Guess that's changed now.
