Hey guys So, another flight. Now it's time to go a bit closer to Africa. I took the CLS A330 to do Turkish Airlines' Flight 1846 towards Istanbul's Ataturk International. Quite a simple flight Hope you guys like them! Everything's getting loaded before the flight Taxiing to 21L Aaaaand we're gone! FL350 Aaand we're descending into Runway 23 Coming in hot! I've had this plane up and running great upon my system for about two days..and with reading the extensive manual...well done, Mario...and being in Student Mode...find this plane and all its visual features (like navigation lights reflecting beautifully off of the tarmac in HDR mode, etc) just a beauty to own, and fly. Here is one of my night op's in getting to learn about the aircraft..and see what's up its sleeve for day and night ops. It demands a good system and healthy graphics card...for a reason. Just a quick shot showing how lovely the XP10 night lighting is! I'm running four different sims these days (FSX, P3D 2/3, XP10) but I recommend everyone at least try the XP10 demo (KSEA area) - the nighttime flying in XP10 is something else! One downside is the uber bright taxiway centerline lighting shown here... I actually deleted it from my home airport hehe. Anyway this airport is a freeware KSAN rendition done by "Mister X" available over at xplane dot org. It's very high quality basically the same as the LVFR KSAN for FSX/P3D. My PC is getting older (2500K @ 4GHz) but in this shot I was maintaining 25 fps on short final with all the scenery in view. In P3…

This is the new vFlyteAir Cirrus SR20 for X-Plane, an aircraft for which I was doing avionics and manuals, and which I can now finally also use for relaxation flights. Although that flight from Juneau to Stewart had so bad weather that it was not that relaxed at all.

Downloaded the new Nvidia 258.50 and re-installed the NVI FSX Profile today. This is one of the best Nvidia driver updates I have seen to date. Packed to capacity with emergency goods we head from idyllic Saidor at Papua’s East Coast south of Madang across the less than idyllic Finisterre mountain range and plan to deliver our goods in the shortest possible time in Gusap, which is located west of the mountains.
