The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum

Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here.  Please follow image posting rules (below).  Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).

Screenshot Image Posting Rules

  • Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own.  See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
  • Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
  • Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
  • No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
  • AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
  • Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Can't stop flying the Dash 8 since the pro version upgrade was released. This is AUA903 LOWW-LOWI. Deicing at LOWW Entering Inn Valley. To be honest... this place terrifies me. Partly due to bad flashbacks of the NGX tutorial, and partly it's just a terrifying place to fly. Luckily, this flight is in beautiful weather. Capturing the LOC for rwy 26. Playing with my shiny new toys, still capturing the LOC. Stabilized in approach mode. Still playing with my new toys, even though the weather doesn't real…

  13. Hi All! Edition #5! I have completed external textures! Next up is work on 2D & 3D cockpit! Let's begin! Overview! textures are very hi-res. The aircraft looks "clean" until you close up and all the panel lines come into view! a closer view! note that "cockpit" textures are incomplete! I will work on these at DVC level and dwonscale them for the external model Wing, gear, engine...overall "blown dirt" effect on the aircraft... a closeup of the deployed thrust reverser! This is not a "texture" but 3D reverser vanes! all out! similar to shot #2, but with engine running and flaps down! You can use the …

  25. So, I finally managed to get DX10 working. An old set of drivers was the solution for the graphic spikes Now I took the Captain Sim Boeing 767-300 for a short early morning flight between KMCO and KATL. Hope you like them! Last checks before pushback Taxiing to 18R 28% load, so really short take off run Climbing to FL300 Descending into KATL's Runway 10. First colors for the day Cloudy skies over Atlanta! Final turn Good morning Atlanta! Short finals BAM! Taxiing to the stand And there we are. I'm actually really satisfied about how my rig behaved for this flight. Next stop, Charlott…
