The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Climbing out of Medford, Oregon enroute to Napa, CA cruising at 22,000 feet and 320KTAS. Many landmarks on this trip. Medford airport, Mt. McLaughlin, Howard Prairie Lake (shot #6), and the beautiful Mt. Shasta. I used to camp at Howard Prairie Lake ever summer, captained my first boat when I was just nine years old, a small schooner. I camped up there all the way to 1977 and we had a 23 foot Wilderness trailer that we'd park by the Lakeshore. So he traded in the Polara Wagon for a 500 cubic inch Ford Tr…

Just enjoying the rest of my flight down to Napa. Still at FL220, slowed to 300KTAS for fuel economy. About 100 miles out from Napa now. Enjoying my new scenery very much! John

September 5, 1924: The 4th was windy and rainy to fly, so they were treated noon concert of Bag Pipers and a lobster dinner on the Canadian Destroyer Patriot. The original plan was to go to St. John Newfoundland to refuel and then proceed to Boston, but Lt Smith disagreed and wanted to fly directly to Boston. They left the harbor of the 11:15 am flying along the coast of Nova Scotia in a rain squall but soon came into good weather. They passed St. John in good weather but soon ran into fog that got thicker as they flew on. They tried to climb over and under but no avail, after a few narrow scrapes with trees Smith decided getting to Boston when the city leaders expec…

Enjoying my homemade Ortho4XP Arizona scenery, out of beautiful Sedona, about 90 miles north of my home, just up I17 which runs by my home. Hope you enjoy the screenshots, Ortho4XP makes Xplane11 worth it, a great companion to P3dv4 and MSE/FSEarthtiles. John
