The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

I had tried this in P3D, forget it. Later I tried it in XP11 with orthos, better, but still underwhelming. When I tried it now in MSFS, I didn’t expect much. Surprise, surprise, but see for yourself. I take off from Isla San Cristobal First, I wanted to explore this horseshoe shaped island, but then I spotted something far more interesting right in front of my nose 😉 A very interesting island is Isla Isabela, because of its six coalescing shield volcanoes that make up the island. I was never allowed to tour one of them, but now in MSFS, this is different. This is Aeroporto General Villamil on Isabel island …

The Elite II update to this plane is amazing, VNAV, Auto throttle, increased operating weights/ranges! And all this as a free update to the existing package! I just had to give her the right badges since I'll be flying her often! 🙂 Here she is at KATL getting ready for her first 2023 flight. KAJIN departure off 8L.....saying goodbye to Atlanta off my winglet She will be one of my most-flown aircraft in 2023 I'm pretty sure, just so fun (and easy) to fly.

I have several virtual contacts with many passengers at the the Fiji-Islands's Airport Nadi(NFFN) who is really fine modelled by IniBuilds. Sofar, in my opinion, the most natural looking and randomly placed avatars in a MSFS Addon. I captured them when they look straight into my camera-lens, hereby a slection:

Sometimes you don't want to fly, but you need to. Join me on an air ambulance flight from Tacoma Narrows to Orcas Island, WA. The Kodiak is well equipped for the mission - but some precaution must be taken due to a line of storms between KTIW and KORS. Untitled-1 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr Untitled-2 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr Untitled-3 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr Untitled-4 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr Here's the line, air traffic shows a gap in the precip even though my nexrad doesn't quite agree. We'll go with their gap as it's slightly more updated than mine. Untitled-5 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr Finally, some hi…

Bitterwasser Lodge & Flying Center is a guest lodge and (gliding) airfield on the edge of the Kalahari region, about 170 kilometers south-southeast of Windhoek (Namibia). The airfield and gliding center are considered one of the best in the world for glider pilots. Numerous world records have been set here due to the good thermal conditions. I have been to both Namibia and the Kalahari and I was always amazed by the change of the landscape below you, when flying in this fantastic part of the world. The best part is, the same experience we can get in MSFS! Accommodation is a bit basic, to say the least …
