Apologies if this is posted in the wrong forum - want sure if multiplayer forum was correct or not.Are virtual airlines still active (Delta in particular) or should I not bother joining at this point? I have only a base installation of FSX at this point (but looking to add 3rd party content) and I've not been able to get signed into Gamespy for multiplayer (I was a paid subscriber of Gamespy many moons ago). Are people using VATSIM fly in multiplayer mode at this point?Thank you,Jas

Ok, so i'm thinking about starting a VA, but i need some help. I'm wondering, how do i get planes in my VA colors? I am an active photoshopper, so i could make my own logo, and airplane colors, but i have no idea on how to actually paint the planes. And where do you get the planes you wanna use from, and the panels? Do people use already existing freeware or payware planes? Or do they get someone to do the plane and panels themselves? And in that case, where? Regarding to website, i have some experience in building websites, so that's not an issue.Any and all tips will help, thank you.- Norwegian.

I'm a long year user of British Airways Virtual. I like the quality of the VA - the website management, flight schedules, routes, and Pegasus Flight Recorder - it logs your flight.I thought of expanding my horizons onto another continent. Is there someone who is known with the quality of the BAV, and would recommend me a North-American VA - I have interest in flying in my newly acquired FSDT airports, but possibly without having to overfly the whole Atlantic and continent!

Hi all! This has probably been done before, but I'd like to create a nice fresh topic. Hopefully this will help others and not just me.I am looking for a nice, well populated, friendly VA to fly my NGX with. I don't care the airline so much as I care the quality of the VA. It can be from any part of the world although I would prefer North America. Hopefully this thread will help me and others find a VA to enhance the realism of the magnificent NGX!Also, BTW wich is better: swavirtual.com or virtualswa.com?Take Care Everyone!

  21. Hey,I have started a small virtual airline, and I'm looking for anyone interested in joining. As for myself, I have been into flight simming since the FS 3 days, and I am a helicopter pilot in real life. I have been flying for 10 years now, and I am a captain in the offshore industry, flying for one of the biggest companies in the world. My virtual airline is based out of Farmingdale, Long Island, NY. We have hubs in Syracuse, NY and Manchester UK.The concept started as connecting Long Island with "the rest of the world" without having to drive in to JFK, LGA or EWR...and get stuck in traffic for hours and hours (any guesses as to where I live??)We have routes from Farmingd…

How come no one can make a legit VX virtual airline that can sustain itself? when u add in the other Virgin Airlines it seems like it could attract alot of pilots. Virgin Atlantic Virtual seems to have bailed on incoporating VX and others but no one wants to only fly long haul 10+ hour flights with no ability to fly within the states on a short hop with VX. Any takers? Or is there a Virgin America Virtual out there im missing? Thanks for reading
