Hi. Does anyone know what's going on with Fedex Virtual Air Cargo? Their website shows that they are accepting new pilots but I haven't received a response from them in 15 days since I submitted my application. I submitted a support ticket after 7 days as instructed when I didn't get a response after 7 days but still no reply. I then emailed the COO 4 days later but still no response after another 4 days. Thanks. Dave

  2. Staff and pilots needed for the new American. We’re a new virtual airline simulating the real world operations of American Airlines. We just opened our doors this past week and are in need of some new staff members and pilots to get the ball rolling. We have a beautiful website American Virtual with a great ACARS system and the latest schedules available (February 2019). Currently looking for event planners, forum moderators, training managers, and operations managers. If you’re interested in helping this VA get off the ground, contact me at [email protected] or visit our website. Thanks, Zac Pennebaker, CEO

  3. Hello, Pacific Airways (https://www.pacificairways.net/) is looking for someone to help maintain and improve their bespoke PRS system and other tools used by Pacific Airways. You would be working with an existing team of two and training would be available. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn programming or improve their web development skills. We would be happy for individuals to use their work to be used as examples when applying for real world jobs. We have set down a path of open sourcing some of our components, with the aim to open source all our code by the end of 2020. If you have any questiond or are interested, please contac…

  5. So many VAs use ACARS software but it doesn’t accept off airport or unlisted airport destinations. I would like like to fly to a lot of unlisted airstrips and remote places that aren’t normally listed and have an ICAO code. Any VAs that do this?

  9. Hello! I'm looking for some people that would be interested in joining my VA team. We're an already established VA with about 55 members. However, our ACARS system is in need of work, along with our website. We're working on establishing Projectfly into our system, but we're having a hard time with it. Along with that, I've tried downloading VAM (virtual airline's manager) to re-do our website, but even after watching videos and looking at the FAQ, I still can't quite get it. Our current website is https://www.ttavirtual.com, and you'll see it's not competitive at all compared to other VA's. If anyone's interested in working with us, please comment and I'll try…

Hi all, The Maddog is without question one of the top add-on aircraft in Prepar3D. The Rotate MD88 for X-Plane is also a nice aircraft to fly. However the fact that real world operators have mostly retired the type (especially MD82s), and though searching historical data to find destinations, timetables and callsigns is a possibility, I would really like the idea of a system of virtual airlines (like flyuk.aero), where the MD80s fleet would re-live again in our virtual skies. Does anyone knows any well organized Virtual Airline that uses MD82s? It doesn't have to be necessarily a real world operator VA, it could be also an imaginary one.

I’m looking for an active VA that flies the 737 or a320. I would like one that doesn’t require to fly through vatsim/online.

I've looked all over the web for an active VA for Aeroflot and have found only one questionable one: https://va-afl.su/ I signed up and was accepted but I see no way to contact anyone there nor any type of ACARS/SMARTCARS. Is this the only Aeroflot VA for FSX/P3D in the universe? I find that quite odd. I've been wanting to start exploring Russian airports and flights. I guess I can use good ol' Worldwide Virtual if there are no actual Aeroflot VAs. A

Hello, I am a avid flight sim enthusiast, and I would like to join a VA which I can put time into, and feel some sort of gain. I am looking for a VA with some sort of structure, like ranks, that can unlock different aircraft, routes, etc. If I wanted to get all aircraft, fly wherever I want, etc, then I would just go on projectFLY and do the usual. I want some personal progression. I want something to aim for, other than just having a bunch of miles/ hours. Please let me know what you find the best fit for this. Best, Andrew

There used to be tons of them back in the FS9 and early FS10 days and now that we have better/realistic scenery we have very few. You would think that there would be plenty to choose from. Do you think it’s because of all the high fidelity jets/dash8 we have now? any other comments?

  15. Are there any VAs out there that implement a robust progression system? I'm thinking of something like FS Captain that rates and pays you based on flight performance and tracks your reputation. I've seen a few out there that offer pay or award points based on flight performance, but then they don't seem to use that pay for anything except keeping score, i.e.., a proxy for hours flown. I'm interested in a VA that grades your flights and sets limits on your career based on flight performance. It seems as if SimAir might offer this if it ever is released, which seems doubtful. Simbuddy is also headed in the right direction I think, and perhaps AirHaluer 2 VAs once t…

  17. Hi community I open this post, to find pilots who want to belong to an old virtual airline that is about to die because of the behavior of several people who had previously lived there. We are looking for new pilots to bring the airline back to life. We do not ask for previous experience, we only look for active pilots who want to fly and have fun among them. We have a system of reports, web page and teamspeak3. If you want to encourage us to belong in a company like us, do not hesitate to contact us. a greeting web page: infinityairlines.es mail: [email protected]

Hi, I tried to apply for Royal Dutch Virtual yesterday but was only met by error messages. I was supposed to be offered 10 quiz questions but they didnt appear. The error message that not all 10 questions had been answered makes sense then... I have sent a mail to them but this has remained unanswered. Is this VA dead and buried or is this just a temporary problem? Hajo The Netherlands

HELLO AVIATION LOVERS, VIRTUAL AND REAL WORLD PILOTS. I RECENTLY OPENED A Virtual Airline on FsAirlines.net AND IM CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR PILOTS. My VA called UNITED which is cool because there are many add on freeware Airplanes and just textures for stock simulator Airplanes with UNITED markings. So far I purchased 9 Airplanes and looking for Pilots to fly Them. You can fly the planes and trips that we already have. Or we can purchase or lease any Airplane you like, and create trips which you love to fly. There might be some challenging trips in Mountain areas for prop planes in the future. For example Lukla airport for Canadian Twin Otter Airplane. And stuff like th…

Hello all. I got kinda bored by randomly flying arround so I grow interest for flying with an virtual airline. Now, I am casual flyer. I own Aerosoft Twin Otter extended, Alabeo PA44, DA40, PA38 Tomahawk and A2A Cherokee. From non payware for now I fly only CRJ 700 cos I do love smaller planes. I can fly at max 2-2,5 hrs a day, love to fly all arround a globe. I would apreciate VA that offer with regular flights, charter flights aswell. I like relaxed atmosphere, working VA software, some kind of voice chat. It is also worth to mention that I plan to buy A2A Connie fairly soon and I got experience with some acars type of software and FSEconomy. Hope to hear fro…

  24. Most VA's that use ACARS programs are limited in the fact that you can only fly to standard airports that are listed in your flightsim. Is there a VA or ACARS software that would allow you to fly to unlisted airstrips, cabin locations and other "off airport" places? Thanks.
