TTools 2.02 indicated an error:ERROR: A flight plan specifies an aircraft type AC#44274That type is not in the Aircraft.txt fileWhen I put the corresponding aircraft AC#44274 in aircraft.txt, now it says expecting airspeed when I already have the airspeed indicated.Can anyone tell me what is wromg ?Thx

I started up AFCAD2 (2.21) today and got a notice to check for an Update because the Program is more than 3 months old. Now I know that the next version is not out yet, but has anyone heard anything from Lee on the Next Update?

Hi,I seem to have a frequent problem when FS2002 is loading up, it gets to the loading AI Traffic and then there is a lot of hard disk activity. Everything then stops and I then get the message that FS2002 has stopped, do I want to re-start, etc.When I set AI traffic to 0%, I don't get the problem.Has anybody else had the same problem and if so, how did they solve it?

I am having a problem with yroute. I have been trying to add a route to an aircraft. However, when I attempt this in yroute, it starts with a default routing. Once I change the routing and click on OK, the routing reverts back to the default routing. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I wish (no matter how much the programmer seems to think his software is idiot proof) that a manual was provided. Thanks for any help.Keith

I found an add-on to TTOOLS and what it did was, showed all aircraft in FS9 + flight Plans and Airports. Showed all aircraft that you had added. Asked if you wanted to add the new aircraft to list. It even would ask if you wanted to replace missing aircraft with a new one. You know, what is and is not as it should be I guess... Can anyone tell me at what site I found it???. As I had a major crash and lost it before I could save it and can not guess at what site I found it! HELP!!!!!!!!

Hello,Who now's why??Who can expl. why??I have on EHAM 4 runways in use,is this normal,normal i have 3 runways?18L for take-of.18L for landing.18C for take-of.18R for landing.The aircrafts making a visual apr.The wind 170 deg. 10 knots.FS2004 and NL2000v2.9 and i need the runways,there are about 125 aircrafts on EHAM.Hope you can expl why.Jan

I'm sure everyone is familiar with this phenomenon - you fly over an area - emptyness and desolution all around you, the ATC guy is bored stiff, than, suddenly, the sim shakes, frameratas drop, the TCAS screen fills with litle dots that were not there a second ago and ATC does crazy with endless instructions.can anyone explain why this happens ( I can guss but I'd prefer an answer from someone who actually knows) and more importantly, can anything be done to spread the traffic in a more homogenous way?Thanx//Michael

:-hmmm How can you check to see if your flt plan is in the fs?.I cannot get yroute to compile, so i entered it by hand. ttools compiled ok, without any indication of error. the aiport has 4 gates, the craft do not showup. If the plan is in fs,will the plane be sitting at the airport all of the time, or will it show up just before the time of the flight?

Afternoon All,I have for some time been searching for a way to correct regional carrier call signs from the way we currently do them, i.e:ASADelta Connection calls and answers as "Candler 4530" because that's the way we enter the flight number in the TT flight plan and that is the flight number within the Delta system. I have just installed Gary Summons' Heathrow Pro and find that the AI aircraft are taxiing parallel to the taxiways rather than on the centreline. I investigated the AF2 files for EGLL and find I have four :( The stock AF2 is on Layer 11The PAI AF2 is on Layer 42The GS AF2 from UK2000 Part 4 is on Layer 83The GS AF2 from UK2000 Heathrow Pro is on Layer 111Could someone explain the meaning of the layers. Presumably I need to ensure that Layer 111 takes precedence since this is the one compatible with the scenery. Should I remove the others?George

Hi everyone, I've installed the latest PAI Airbus package #2 and since then the entire A320 family (A319,320,321) is floating above the scenery again. I did install the latest FDE's but now w/ the installation packages they are no longer available individually. While installing I noticed that some FDE's were updated to Version 6.01, so I tried to install the older 6.00 version (I guess?!), yet the a/c are still floating a little above the scenery. Editing airport altitude didn't help, especially since all the other a/c's are firmly touching the ground. What is it with these new installation packages? Secondly, I can't seem to find FDE's for V2-models. Both A320 versions h…

Hey I've been trying to edit my AI traffic Speeds. I was curious does any of the utilities out there work with FS9? I'm having problems with all. I have FS9, and windows XP. When I adjust a value. It makes my FS go to a black screen and crash when I unpause the sim. Any ideas or tips?Bryan

Hello, I'm new to TrafficTools but I do understand how to set everything up. I set up one flightplan the other day to test it out. I'm using TrafficTools because the MyTraffic2004 editor is too difficult to setup flightplans and to change stuff. It takes way too long. I had a problem with the Military AI that I was setting up. I was trying to setup at least 1 route of Touch and Goes at KCOF. This base did not have any parking so I added parking using AFCAD. I tried it 2 different ways and no success. Here is what I did: First, I used a C-130 (Mike Stone's) and set it up to do T&Gs. It taxied to the runway (although the tower never called it). It took off (tower never …

I am using AFCAD V1.4 and FS2K2. I decided to start with a small change to KSFO. The default active is RWY28R. I decided to have RWY28R for landings and RWY28L for takeoffs. I selected the properties for RWY28R and closed off takeoffs for both ends of the runways. Once I started FS2K2 and it was resycn'd ATC stated that RWY28L was now used for takeoffs and landings. I then shutdown RWY28L for landings and ATC then stated that RWY19L was being used for takeoffs and landings. Did the same adjustments on RWYs 19L&R and ATC was back at RWY28R. I've run the .bgl and airport checking utilities and everything is fine.What am I doing wrong. The user manual makes me …

I have created a flightplans.txt with flight numbers such as 0123, however, in Traffic Explorer, they are all shown as -1. How do I correct this? Hi all,for example there is no ATIS at the LIPZ Venice Tessera, neiter at the default nor at the ISD airport.Is it possible to add an atis to that airport and when it is, how?What are good links for airport information like for the current weather or runnway lenght or runnway in use or so.Thanks guys as ever for your help.I Tryed to add via afcad2 and it workedas as far as the selecting atis frequencies is concerned, but there is no fs text nor a voice.
