I can only speak for myself, but it would be one less software running on my PC.  I'm using Spad.Next for all my hardware including WinWing products. I don't even have SimAppPro installed.

Hi

I'm seriously thinking of getting the EFIS(L) and FCU for the Fenix 320 (already use Spad extensively for Boeings).  My first question is, would operating the WinWings not only work with PMDG737/777 (which I 'believe' it will), but more importantly, would it be out of place in a Boeing?

Second, would these two devices be operable to the same extent with current/ future A330s, A350s, A380s?

I have the EFIS L, R, and the FCU and I'm currently using it for the PMDG 737.  Up until about a week ago, I was using a GoFlight Boeing MCP.  I had to switch to the WinWing Airbus gear because I broke my Boeing MCP.  To me, it's very weird trying to use the Airbus FCU just because it's different and not what I've been use to.  I've been using that GoFlight MCP for over 5 years.

However, there is nothing wrong with using it for Boeing aircraft.  Using Spad.Next I was able to get a majority of the MCP functions working on it.  I would say go for it.   I know I will be getting WinWings Boeing MCP when it comes out just so I can go back to what I'm use to.  🙂

thanks for that.....pretty convincing argument.  Yes I've heard they're also bringing out a Boeing MCP, and if an EFIS as well, I'll prob get those too.

thanks so much

Anyone knows when they drop the EFIS Combo in europe? I paid mid December so it might be soon

Did anyone who went to Flight Sim Expo stop by WinWing's booth to check these things out? How do they feel?

I will be all over an MCDU but me thinks they wont be available in states for a few months unfortunately

I dont want nothing to do with an MCDU thats needs to hook up the unit to HDMI - all set with that

If anyone gets a heads up on pre-order let me know asap please 🙂

I was there and I own the FCU/EFIS combo.

They look and feel great, especially for the price point.

I don't have a negative thing to say, its a great product.

Hi

Does the FCU/EFIS combo work with Fenix A320 - 319 & 321 in MSFS2024 ? with Winwing software - no messing around with other software to get it to work ? thanks

Yep, have all of the above running perfectly in FS2024 just with the Winwing SimAppPro software.

Thanks Tom I'm glad as I ordered all 3 panels 🙂 before seeing your post - should be fun - Streamdecks are ok but not the same thing

Looks good, I'll be hoping to be able to attach it to the edge of my desk setup with a clamp of sorts - hopefully, they have that as an option.  The winwing trailer suggests it will!

Or you can use Mobiflight and forgo the SimAppPro software.

Even though I fly exclusively in VR I’ll be ordering one of those Boeing FMCs, simply because since the days of Aerowinx PS1 almost 30 years ago I’ve be waiting for this to arrive.
