  1. Would like to finally see someone do LFPG!
  2. I’ve been considering adding to my Airbus kit. But I am desk based. I like the look of the additional mounting so I can replicate a pedestal feel, especially as a vatsim flyer with the radio and transponder. Seems my Boeing days are numbered…… This will sway me closer to replacing my Bravo with their Airbus throttles I think.
  3. This looks amazing. I just hope the flap axis will work with my Honeycomb Bravo and ProDeskSim detents too….a problem many face on the discord 🤞
  4. I’m mostly flying Airbus at the minute after being a long time 737 fan. I have Winwing kit (not the throttles - have a bravo for that) and I like the idea of multiple aircraft that the hardware applies to. I just wish Fenix would get the neos out (although fslabs is decent but has some handling issues for me still). back to the a340, I still might get it yet…..🤣
  5. I’m also hoping for this. I’m hesitating on the a340 mainly as it’s not something I’m likely to fly often, but the promise of Toliss systems (some experience previously in XP) tempts me. If this had been an a330 I’d probably have caved in already!
  6. I’m liking the performance comments. I’m very interested in the handling (in particular in the flare). I think I’ll have this in my hangar by Monday…
  7. I’m watching with interest. It’s too expensive to instabuy because it’s not an airframe I will use every day, and the texture comments and what I’ve seen on the streams I’m 50/50. I also saw on a stream the direction of rain water isn’t correct. The flight deck was ok (maybe could do with improving) but the passenger windows had the water flowing in the totally wrong way while airborne (no slipstream at all)…
  8. I can’t fly on my sim until Monday anyway so I’ll enjoy reading the reactions over the weekend before I decide whether to get this or not. As I said earlier in the thread, keen mostly to know what the flight dynamics are like. If it was a 330 I’d probably be less patient.
  9. Yes, I’ve given some consideration recently to dipping back into XP but I’m in too deep with MSFS and it will be like starting again, especially with the prices of addons like the Toliss in that sim.
  10. Like others have said here. I’m looking forward to how this feels and operates. I own the fsl and Fenix but both aren’t amazing (in my opinion) in ground effect both while taking off and crucially in the flare. The streams/videos of this that I’ve watched look like the aircraft behaves like something heavy. Time for some Virgin ops!
  11. This looks good. Chances of them doing the a330 in the same way if this is a success for them? 🤞
  12. My main gripe with this in the past has been poor and unrealistic approach vectoring (I’m UK based). Might give it a go as it’s been a while.
  13. Thanks for this update. I’m not an owner yet but have been on the fence for a while. Was planning on gambling at the weekend as like the look of many features (like the ads-b tcas) and like to support devs so we have a rich tapestry of options. (I’m well aware of the past but was a happy customer in my P3D days and that’s good enough for me). will my WinCtrl hardware (Airbus) work out of the box with SimAppro? thanks again.
  14. Tempting more. I’d be keen to know how performance is vs Fenix.
  15. Do they have a discord? I’m sorely tempted but would like to read more first…
  16. And some significant updates to the NEO overall it seems?
  17. I don’t have fsrealistic and see this. It’s only since CP was installed.
  18. I’ve been considering this. I prefer MSFS visuals re weather fronts etc, however keen to have been “active air effects” like cloud turbulence. I wasn’t aware it would improve snow coverage too - I’m in the North East of England on the coast and we’re covered in snow - alas not a drop in th sim. I don’t own Active Sky (yet)
  19. Do the global packages include the smaller location specific ones by Seafront or are they additional ones to add more detail? For e.g they offer a Canary Islands package.
  20. I’ve got mine set to online and not seeing any either….part of my transition to 2024 troubleshooting list!
  21. I’m the same. Ifly is ok, the update in development will make it better. But I always fall back to my NG! Can’t wait.
  22. I won’t get into an argument over it but 2020 is 5 years old now, and these things aren’t free to develop. I get a lot of joy from flying the 737NG and have had immense value for money from the 2020 version.
  23. Things move on. However I fly the 2020 version every week (as recently as this weekend) and it’s still a great aircraft. And still functions.
