I'm not going to make fun of it like some, but I will say that the picture of the family getting ready to hop in their flying cyclotron is just fantasy. The FAA and whatever aerospace authorities yoo have in Europe are never going to allow just anyone to fly around in a machine, no matter how small it is or how it is powered. A pilot's license will be required.
