'Mgouge' is a user on Flightsim.to who makes dozens of FDE improvements..... but it wasn't him who produced the one for the Longitude 😄 ....my bad.   The one I referred to is the one you found:-

It was produced after the AAU update to the Longtitude, so it's all good for using with the current version of the plane.

Should be fine when it releases to MSFS.   P3D had/has no native FLC/IAS mode.  All addons in P3D that include a FLC/IAS mode are custom-coded. (Same for FSX btw).

With MSFS now having a native FLC, even a completely stock AP equipped plane will have a decent working FLC mode.

I haven't flown on Longitude for a long time. Do I understand correctly that no addons are needed and you can use the default version from MSFS as the most advanced?

I should give it a fair try but I confess I'm far from feeling at ease with it's avionics... Actually even with the G1000 in any aircraft...

Absolutely. No addons needed.  I use just a flight dynamics mod, that makes the aircraft rotate and land a little smoother.   But it's not necessary.
