And, still on 737 NG's videos, here's the latest where he talks about his RW type rating and in the sequence bellow talks about X-Plane and how much he is enjoying it, and the Tolisses in particular, and why - FLIGHT DYNAMICS ! When the deal is REALISM, sorry, but flight dynamics wise XP is still way ahead, way way way... The rest is Kindergarten ...

Kindergarten is MY classification... He ( Emmanuel) only explained why he started enjoying X-Plane 12 and in particular the Toliss addons... Doesn't puzzle me at all...

The link I provide above is for the part of the video where he starts talking about it.

He's never said XP12 is "still ahead way way way", either. On the contrary, he's said there isn't a world of difference.

Yes, he tries to be neutral, but when it comes to Airbus experience, Toliss is ahead, even if in other platforms there can be details of system simulation not yet simulated by the Tolisses...

But it's pretty much the conclusion "flightdeck2sim" arrived at in his recordings with either the Toliss or the Zibo.

Ok. You made it sound like that was Emi's opinion so thanks for the clarification. Try not to inject your opinion into his videos. You've been doing a lot of that in this thread.

Hmmm, I try to write in a way that cares to distinguish my opinion from his oppinion, but if you listen to what they say, 737NG, flightdeck2sim, it's easy to find what they find better modelled in XP, flight dynamics / feel of flight...

Spend some time listening to their videos. Maybe you can find good reasons to appreciate it too...

He said, "X-Plane doesn't look as pretty but it's doing an awesome job on flight dynamics"

Also that Toliss has done an awesome job on executing both FM and systems.

He has high praise for Fenix, of course, and says both devs have strengths in different areas.

But...at the end of the day, where's he spending most of his time as prep for his IRL type rating?

Different simmers, different priorities, as always. Shouldn't be so hard for you to just let it be.

How about you stop telling other people what to do?

You have a different perspective, feel free to debate, but "shut up" isn't acceptable.

Yes and that is not a direct comparison of the FMs and it certainly isn't the "way way way" Jcomm was trying to get across. As I said before we have already heard his conclusion on what he thinks in a different video.

Yeah you're very selective with that. He put words in Emi's mouth and he wasn't able to provide evidence to prove otherwise. It is misleading and it is ridiculous to suggest that it is wrong to ask someone to refrain from such practices.

Careful,

the kids can hear you

You'll start a scandal.

Of course, there is a lot of fun to be had triggering foundlings, and doing so is a fair right of passage for them into grown up flight sim now that schools out for the summer.

No, all JComm "forgot" was to hit the Enter key to separate the thoughts, and it was rather obvious that he's not mis-quoting, but rather expressing his own opinion.

Nah. I disagree with many people here (and have on occasion with JComm himself), but I'd much rather debate a topic than try to shut someone down.

These are freewheeling internet fora, not undergrad writing classes for grades. And you are certainly not the arbiter of who gets to say what.

And im sure it already getting a zibo type overhaul.

(Sadly) haven't heard of any such endeavor yet.

My biggest problem with the default A330 is its atrocious performance. The FPS hit is already a whole lot greater than Zibo's 737, and we're "only" talking default aircraft systems complexity here. I haven't found any way to fix the FPS issue though (and believe me, I've tried).

I will say whatever I want as long as it does not violate the rules of the site. Jcomm is free to do the same. Also, you are NOT one to talk. When Goran tried to shut someone up in a far worse manner, I caught you upvotig his attempt at justifying what he did. As I said before, very selective.

Perhaps you can take the advice Goran gave me

Its very noble of you to speak for him and defend him (wait, are you white knighting??), but I give him enough credit for being a mature enough person to be able to speak for himself.

You liked this one too smh.
