No worries David,Alain and I had been through hell and back together when ORBX shut down their hardware forum. A lot of people, including he and I, put their heart and soul into trying to build it into the best place to go to for solid information on FSX hardware on the planet. Many hundreds of posts that represented thousands of hours of our hard meticulous work was washed down the drain.It knocked us both almost senseless, for that was indeed what it was, senseless. Since then we have endured occassional swipes and insults, and fresh indignities when we provide them any opportunity. So, nope, there will be no falling out between Alain and I. We have fought beside each other in common cause and have been wounded too many times to count.We have had occassional disagreements before, both being rather opinionated (he worse than me), stubborn, and from Canada (He is French Canadien, I am English Canadian). This latest thing is nothing in comparison. I love the guy, well, sort of...Thank you for your support.Kind regards,

Stephen and Alain,I did not post much in that forum, but I read it every day and anything from both of you I read and took in, its how I ended up with the PC in my sig (oldish now) It was a gem of a forum and all credit to both of you.You probley will never no just how many people you did help there.So it may be very later but better late than never..........Thank you very much. Yes, it was indeed a sad day when the hardware forum became a victim of Orbx's particular, nay peculiar, brand of "cleansing". I also appreciated what was being done there from the sidelines - and it was very needed at the time, as hardware really was struggling to cope with PNW at release time. And so looking forward to FS2 Crew for the NGX - I used it a lot in the iFly 737 era and cannot wait to complete the PMDG circle. Great weekend ahead. I may even fly over my Orbx regions :-)Also agree that the Orbx forum has been so sanitized that it is now only of use as a support reference. A great shame, but they are totally to blame for making it uninteresting and, frankly, a sycophant zone.

Well, my oatmeal is eaten, so onto the next item. If you buy peanuts, and they are unsalted and dry. To make em tasty and salty, take the peanuts, put them in a plastic bag, and sprinkle a bit of olive oil on them. Add salt to taste shake the bag. Because the peanuts have an oil coating, the salt sticks to them. I find the bigger peanuts have more flavor than the smaller ones. If you want BBQ peanuts, get BBQ flavored salt. I bought the cheapest peanuts and did the above. Be careful with the salt, it is easy to over do. And I wonder why my blood pressure is high. What this has to do with anything I have no clue, but try it any ways. Peanuts are healthy in moderation. That is the tip of the day. I have been accused of being un attached from reality, but I disagree.
