Hi all! I picked up the Cessna 414 today and am really liking it! Anyone else see an issue where the Autopilot button wont activate? The FD, HDG, NAV, BC, ant ALT ones work but not AP- Anyone able to assist?

Hi folks, I’m delighted to have a detailed GA twin in MSFS and am really enjoying this one so far. I would say, however, that while the taxying of the aircraft feels really nice, on the takeoff roll, the aircraft has that weird jerky sideways motion that all of the default MSFS aircraft have and I have never experienced in a real aircraft. Can this be looked at and changed, at all? As I’ve purchased the aircraft on beta, I will try and make little suggestions or error reports as I’m so delighted you’ve brought a detailed GA aircraft like this to MSFS, thanks guys. Also, folks, is there any way we could have the altimeter with hPa/mb for those of us in Europe?

There are problems working with the Saitek panels and also with the Honeycomb Yoke. If you operate the switches there, engines can not start or the switches are assigned incorrectly.

The aerodynamics of the aircraft need to be improved and the aircraft seems to have difficulty entering a stall. The red line on the IAS is 75 knots. After a simple test, the stall speed is about 65 knots with the flaps retracted, and the stall speed with full flaps is about 55 knots. Shut down an engine to simulate a single engine failure state, the speed is lower than the IAS blue line and still cannot enter a single engine stall state, even below the red line is still flying. Hope this can be improved

There is an engine sound transition issue with this plane between idle and the engine under power. It's abrupt and not realistic. And it reminds me of the problems there are with the Aerosoft Twin Otter. I hope you will sort it out because I can't use a plane with bad sounds. Thanks.

  7. I just downloaded and installed v1.7 of the G44. One step of the install process is a screen where I should be able to choose the install location, but everything was grayed out, the installer was putting it in the community folder and that's that, resistance is futile !! 🙂 No biggie, anyone who knows enough to want it installed somewhere else will know how to move it, but it looks like unintended behaviour so it's probably worth flagging. Cheers.

Good evening. Im not too certain if this is the correct forum in which to put this, but there seems to be an abundance of places to post. My apologies if it is misplaced. So, one issue and one suggestion. Issue: I don’t believe that the Attitude Indicator is working quite correctly. I’ve only just noticed it, but someone please back me up on this. The ADI (they are called a million things, so I’m just going with this one 😉) seems to underrepresent the bank angle when rolling. I’m going mostly by the sky pointer in this. So, when I roll to the first mark from level (typically and apparently in this ADI 10 deg AOB) the horizon appears to be at least …

Hi, Really enjoying the Widgeon though I was hoping you could fix the VR seated position. So that every time I enter the plane I don't have to move my view forward a lot and maybe slightly up. Thankyou. Also when entering the plane I've found the parking brake is off. When in everyone else's it's generally always on. Other than that great job.

Hello, Thank you for bringing this plane to MSFS2020; absolute joy to fly it!! Is there any available information as to the engine operations? I am currently unable to push the manifolds past 15in during cruise flight and the carb. temps are running very hot. Also, do you have any plans to update the engine cover textures in a way that when you look out the window in VR you are not greeted by such low res texture? Thank you again and keep the good work on this plane. Regards,

I noticed that there is a sign on the side of the widgeon - '"Danger - Propellor" I'm pretty sure that is spelled Propeller. 🙂
