Hi all 2 questions 1) i ma lazy and hate to do stupid job i have 2 identical G1000 hardware identified as G1000 PFD and G1000 MFD in FS2020 and Axis OHS, i am setting the all functions of the PFD for DA62 aircraft where i can find the file which contains the parameters of DA62 to copy the G1000 PFD section add past it into the file and replace PFD by MFD to have the same settings for push buttons and encoders for the MFD hardware 2) have we the possibility by a standard function or a trick to have the settings sorted ii tree mode , not by FS2020 function, but by hardware type something like that G1000 PFD - AP_Maste…

This is for a DIY Knobster flashed through Air Manager. AM finds it on COM 10 and it works with my panels. With AAO running in Admin mode, then executing the Knobster Bridge, the bridge panel is blank. I have verified the IP and Port. Is the Device ID found automatically? Is there more to the setup? Hey all, i am using AAO to use the Behringer X-Touch mini to control the FBW Airbus in MSFS. The template used is from flightsim.to, not made by myself. Problem now: While all buttons and dials are still working flawlessly, the buttons of the hardware are not permanently illuminating anymore if the function behind it is "activated". I am not aware that i changed something - i wonder if this is a Lorby AAO Setting that allows that Information to be "fed back" into the Behringer Hardware that i accidentally deactivated.. Hi, My daughter & I have been really enjoying MSFS 2020. We use AAO's with stream deck XL and the FBWA320. We use the incredible evolving FBW A320 profile for StreamDeck XL (for LORBYs AAO SD plugin) by Guenseli from flightsim.to. Everything was working well to the extent that my daughter is thinking of becoming a pilot!! When we updated AAO's from 2.12 to 2.23 b22, stream deck AAO plugin to 6.15, & the current streamdeck profile version to 1.95 by Guenseli, AAO's connects to simulator but gets stuck on 'waiting for aircraft data'. It just sits there regardless of what we do. I start AAO's as administrator, streamdeck as administrator. …

Does anyone know if its possible to send a keypress ( L in this case) when I click on the aircraft power button with my mouse? I use AAO. I fly the PMDG DC6 and to see the nav lights and beacon light, you have to press the L key in addition to powering up the aircraft and clicking the nav and beacon lights (its a bug). I seem to always forget about the L key and then when I look at the external view, I have no lights and then realize I must press the L key. Not a huge problem but it bothers my OCD..... 🙂 Thanks

Hi, After upgrading my fsuipc/Linda to latest ver, all my Steamdeck XL "Profiles" (c172/dc6) stopped working!., very strange! Assume there is an issue between AAO Steamdeck Plugin and the MSFS sdk or not sure..(?). * Followed the "AxisAndOhs_WebAPI_Troubleshooting" but all looks fine. I have a set of rudder pedals that I would like to cap the maximum brake pressure. In other words, is it possible with AXOs to associate the maximum brake pressure with, for example, 50% depression of the brake pedal; beyond 50%, the pressure remains at maximum. Hello @ll, a customer was just asking about how to access the buttons and knobs in the Majestic Q400 with AxisAndOhs (Version 2 is required) That is a little bit tricky. Just using LVars or events is not enough with the Q400 custom switches. You need to follow a procedure that involves two calls to local variables to trigger one event or read a value. As an example I made an RPN script that reads the state of the Autofeather switch and another script that toggles the switch: This reads the state of the switch and writes it to an AAO local variable. Good Day I originally bought AAO's on Simmarket where there is one version listed for all Sims. When you install it it appears to only be for MSFS. So I went to the website and downloaded the P3D version and it installed it but it showed as a demo even though I owned the one "official" version. AAO sees my plane (MJC Q400) (in the P3D ver) (not the MSFS/ Simmarket ver). In the MSFS version the light flashes and no plane seen. I am doubtful that AAO is talking to the StreamDeck (although works perfectly in MSFS) as when I tried to add a toggle nothing happens. Any help available? Hi As a relative newbie to AAO I have been able to set up most of my controls instead of the stock and/or FSUIPC assignments. Whilst the Saitek rudder axis works as expected I have been unable to get the right and left toe brakes to work (default aircraft and others) Whilst I can assign a brake axis to AAO this has no effect on the Sim. The 'cursor' will move R and L on the 'Assigned Axis' page, on pressing the pedal, it has no effect on the actual aircraft brakes. Major change: merged the current MSFS default variables and events into the selection dialogs Major Bugfix: Trigger events for axis not working correctly has been fixed. Unfortunately this bug has introduced invalid trigger settings in all axis that are based on events. This is corrected in 2.22, but that happens on a global scale. Hi, i installed bought and installed it today and if i wanna just use an axis like throttle nothing happens. Neither with the joystick nor the Throttle "quadrant" using T-Flight Hotas X. I tested if a joystick button is working.. and that works quite well.. What did i wrong? what can i do to get this started ? Hi, I updated recently to 2.21 for MSFS. But now I consistenlty get the AAO procewss that exits with no event viewer entries after ~5 minutes after starting it . Cannot tell exactly whenit started doing it. Anybody else have this?

I am, yet again, trying to get my VRinsight Boeing style Combo 2 working within MSFS 2020. I have followed the instructions as best as I think, but, within USER/MYNAME/APPDATA/LOCAL, I find 2 folders named LORBY SI. Seems wrong to me, but if this is correct then what should each folder contain? I have copied guenseli's files into each and the bridge will permit me to select the appropriate setting, eg A320, Basic, no AP etc and, whilst I can change data within the sim which is correctly reflected on the FCU displays, I cannot use the knobs on the FCU to change the data, speed etc, as it does not change either the display on the FCU or within the sim. I have started a template for A32NX experimental. I have most items working with their animations. For example switching on/off ADF VOR. ND modes and ranges. RADAR and ATC switches. Speed brake. All change states and the related switch animation moves correctly. With the HDG SPD ALT VS knobs. The FCU window value changes and the mode changes between selected and managed. The plane reacts to all the inputs, but the knobs do not rotate or show the push pull animation. I am hoping there is a sim var or other mechanism that I can add to the script to initiate the animation for these knobs. It is a bit dull in the sim not seeing the animations work on these kno…

Hi, Is there a way to delete and or edit an existing display profile for the VRInsight MCP Combo II Bridge software you provided. If I try make a new profile with the same name (i.e. click the + sign) it just adds a duplicate. I know I can delete it from the XML file but its not exactly convenient. Cheers, Andy

I am using the x-touch mini with MSFS. Setting up a profile for the C172. For most switches I can read the value of the current switch position and then write an RPN script to switch on/off with a short/long push on the same button. This works well as I can also set the light on the x-touch for that button to be on or off at the same time. One switch does not seem to have a LVAR. There are a few possible candidates including (A:GENERAL·ENG·FUEL·PUMP·SWITCH,·Bool) and (A:GENERAL·ENG·FUEL·PUMP·ON,·Bool). None of them change value when the fuel pump switches between off and on. Hello- trying to work out if this possible. I'm trying to configure reverse thrust with the aerosoft CRJ and Honeycomb Bravo, so that I can have idle reverse as well as maximum reverse. First, I have the throttle axis correctly bound through AAO, they work fine. The software output of the maximum position is +16383, the minimum position at the idle stop is -16384. 1) I want to "limit" the maximum negative output of the axis. Sort of like a reverse dead zone. So that when I have the throttle in the idle position, instead of sending -16384, it sends -13000.
