Hello....I have accidentally got confused with the coupon system and everything, that it happened to me, to miss that I chose the GTN750 for P3D. I do not use P3D unfortunately, and I was looking for the X-plane version. How may I fix this? I am very worried! Thank you!

I tried both on XPL Version for GTN 650 / 750 both same result. Always declined, Tried to use all of my 3 Cards even try using PayPal same thing. DECLINED. Even tried with open a new account, same thing happened. How on earth I could alternatively buy this product?

Is there a way to switch to non-WAAS mode for the GNS 430W V2? I am still using the original 430 in my plane and would like to have the same available in the SIM.

I have a flight plan in the catalog which includes a bunch of airports, waypoints and an approach. When I export this, the resulting file contains all of the enroute waypoints but none from the approach. Is this a feature or a bug?

Hello I noticed on your website that a G500/600 would be coming soon. I am in the process of sourcing / fabricating hardware for my sim build, and I was wondering what the rough release date for the x plane version of the product might be. I would like to avoid re-configuring the panel later if need be, but if it is still a long ways out, I will need to reconsider. After installing HF1 the 750 is not following flight plan using the Carenado XL560. Was working before! Is there an update planned?

Hello gents, At the moment I owe both GTN 750/650 but sometimes I want to go classic, GNS is worth it? also what aircrafts are compatible? I have most of the carenado twins and I use most of them with the GTN however I would like sometimes to go back to classic GPS like the GNS, thanks for any feedback!

Hello Jean-Luc, I wanted to add the extra WAAS and TAWS gauges to my RXP GNS equiped A2A 172 based home cockpit. So I used your rxp.gps.discrete_out variable as a backbone in order to reproduce both the physical annunciators (3D printing is great !) and the logic through Air Manager networked panel. Everything is runnig fine so far (I still have to mount the gages on the actual cockpit panel though) but I have a question for you regarding the "kINSTR_TST">0x00080000< flag. My best guess is that it reveals an internal test in progress and I assume all lights would have to go on when the "INSTR_TST" bit is equal to 1. Can you provide more dat…

Well I know that this simulator has been out of production for a long time but I still use it because I have spent a lot of money on add on stuff that I like use. One of the most recent additions was the Reality 430 GPS. I got it installed without much trouble but I found out that it will not control the HSI on a few of the planes that I have installed such as the Carenado Cessna 210 and Cessna 337. The GPS functions just like it should with the Reality GPS controlling com/nav 1 radio frequencies including the source for eather VLOC/GPS of the GPS but the CDI will simply not follow the flight plan of the Reality GPS. I am in the process of updating my load of the GTN 750, and trying to determine the simplest solution. eg, update and all gauges are still in place. My GTN 750 currently advises on first start, sw version 6.50.1 TRNG, and reality xp 2.5.19..my Airac is 1803.. Today, I downloaded from my software supplier, F1, an updated load file, rxpGTN-750-FSIM.exe. It advises, rxpGtnSim.dll v2.5.23 and GTN Trainer v6.62.3 Will this update version include a newer Airac than 1803? and will the update require a full reinstall, which as I recall, was quite large.

I am looking to update the RXP GTN750 AIRAC to the last 2004 cycle from Navigraph, but I do not find on the available list any for GTN750. Anyone knows which one must I select to do it? Cheers, Roberto

I have been trying for 3 months solid to reinstall my RXP GTN750, searched google, this forum. Whoever invented Windows Defender I hope they stun their toe on a couch daily. I finally got windows defender off, turned off mcafee firewall. I can get the screen to come up that says run and it warning me of a untrusted site. I hit run it flashes a box you can never read and instantly crashes..someone please help before I acquire a drinking habit lol

I would like to buy the GNS530W, but when I click "download eCommerce Installer" Windows 10 says it contains a virus and deletes it. I have tried it on 2 computers and 3 different browsers. Seem like you really DO have a virus to clean out.

Hi! When I try to download the installer, it doesn't work. I open the file and it either disappears or an error message pops up for literally .1 seconds before going away. It then vanishes off my downloads. I have tried everything possible. Can someone please help me? Thank you!

Hi, all. I’m not sure if I’m on the right track here. I’m an X-plane 11 user, and have used RealSimGear GNSS units driven by RXP in X-plane, they’re amazing. I am investigating a viable way to have these products run as “stand alone” devices on a bench. Not in a cockpit. Possibly using a small, cheap, low powered PC (or even laptop). I may be completely off the track here, but my understanding is that RXP is the instrument software in such case as the GTN750, and that simply plugs into xplane? Is it at all conceivable that RXP could emulate the 430/530/650/750 units OUTSIDE of X-plane (or any other flight sim software)? Basically, I want to run JUST t…

HI, I purchased the RealityXP GTN750 today and then tried to purchase the 650 with the bundle coupon. However, during the process I received a message that told me that the order could not be placed because the 750 was purchased from another vendor. I purchased the 750 using RealityXP's F1 commercial pkg and the order number that it provided was a F1 order#. Can you please let me know how to purchase the 650 using the discount coupon? I was all set to get the garmin gtn sims off the reality-xp website, but on downloading got warning first from the web browser (chrome) and then on attempting to run the .exe, from Windows 10. These were not the usual "requires admin privileges to install" warnings, but instead more like "we have no idea who this publisher is, this may not be safe". I install lots of non-standard software (as a programmer and sw developer) so I'm used to getting exe's from non-commercial sites with no problems. These warnings were entirely unfamiliar and a bit alarming. I can provide screenshots if desired.

After a year or so of not using the GTN's I installed them again (and the Garmin Aviation Trainers obviously). For some reason all of the avionics trainers run super slow. I have tried compatibility mode windows 8/7, disabling full screen optimizations, and forcing it to run as an administrator (for the garmin main app and the gtn trainer exe). I have a decent system that should not be the issue since others with less capable hardware are able to run this fine (i7-8700K, 32GB RAM and a GTX 1080ti.
