I just updated to the latest version of Reality XP GNS Garmin 530 database on Oct 1 2021 and seemed to have lost all my smaller airports...Has anyone had this issue.??? Are the software designers at RXP aware of this major fault in the new updated version..I tried backing it back a version with no success..In my opinion this is a major issue and needs immediate attention by the software designer...I spent some time creating waypoints currently but should not have to be doing this for already existing smaller non regional airports that were there before...

Hi all, Apologies if this may have been covered before, but I was wondering if anyone here has ever downloaded a navigation database from the Jeppesen store (Buy databases | Jeppesen Aviation Pilot Shop) and then apply it to the Garmin trainer used by the RXP GNS430 and RXP GNS530? Before I go about spending a few bucks on the database from Jeppesen, I thought I should check to see if it can actually be used to update the Garmin trainer. If anyone has managed to do it recently, I'd certainly appreciate it if you could provide a brief outline of the steps involved?

I have purchased Reality XP GTN 750 My antivirus software (McAfee) will not allow it to run as it finds suspects files. I therefore want a refund for the software as it is unusable.

Hi all, I have accidentally purchased the f-sim version of the reality expansion pack GTN 750. I don't even have MSFS, FSX, or P3D installed on my PC, I only have XP11. Is it possible to get a refund in anyway so I can purchase the correct version? Thanks, Kyle

I'm attempting to purchase the RXP 750 set. All the links on the store page appear to be inop.I have attempted to come at it from diffent links, all bring me to the download/ecoomerce store links/buttons that don't work. Anyone know what might be going on? Thanks!

Last night I purchased the GTN750 for X-plane, I also downloaded the coupon to add the 2nd product (GTN650) to my purchase. As of yet I have had no success in adding this product, has anyone else made use of the bundle purchase option? I keep getting a message that the coupon is not valid. TIA for your time.

I already have a fully set up FSX Steam installation on my C Drive. It includes both GNS Complete and GTN 750. I recently took the plunge into Prepar3d. I chose Version 4.5 due to maximum addon comparability with 64 bit sim. I installed my P3D on my D Drive (due to limited space on C) How difficult will it be to install my RXP files into P3D on the different drive? Will I need the Garmin trainers on that drive also? Would I be best off going in my Library on Flight Agent and downloading direct from there or do I need to purchase a whole separate installation? Thanks

Is it possible to have two different copies of the Garmin Trainer installed? My reason - I have both MSFS2020 and P3D5.2 installed on same system. Currently I am using the last compatible version of the Trainer ( not at flight system so don't have #) which runs fine for your product in P3D and another product in MSFS. Soon, the MSFS version will want to upgrade to the latest version (20.12.27) . I "assume" that this version (for the Xi) will not be compat with your product. SO, 🙂 -- can I install one version ( the 6.70.29 or earlier) for the RXP and install the 20.12.27 version for MSFS? Thanx, Vic

Hi there. Been trying to buy one of the RealityXP products, downloaded the .exe file and ran it..... but for some reason it always stops when trying to pay for the product. There's a message flashing quickly saying 'Connecting' and then another message that cannot read because the message windo closes......and then NOTHING. Tried both credit card and Paypal...... just nothing happening. Is it a F1 problem !?

does RXP release an updated version of the GTN750 (for purchase) when an updated navigation comes out? I've had my 750 for a month or so but was disappointed to dind out that the navigation database cannot be updated. I would happily pay for the updated version to keep my navdata current

Hi, I have been searching desperately for an email address to support, but cannot find. I was having a lot of difficulty downloading and installing the GNS software. Part of the issue was not being to even download the installer. Once I got past that issue, I wound up with several different versions of the installer. At some point, I apparently used the wrong one to purchase Reality XP. I need XPlane 430, but have mistakenly purchased MS version. Can someone please contact me to help me fix this?

I was wondering if there was a way to install GTN650 plugin on two computers. This would be under the Single User, fair use best practices, not in attempt for multiple people to use the single license plug-in. Many companies state the license is good for "one computer" but in reality allow it to be installed on multiple machines if it is only used by a single user. Especially with the changes in work locations the last year, I'm staying in a couple of different locations for extended periods of time. "Moving" the software when there is really only one users does not make much sense.

Hello, I have successfully installed the Garmin750 from RXP on my A2A C182S. Could someone please provide me with a link to download the Garmin GTN750 user manual so that I can copy and paste some parts of the manual and translate it into French using a third party software. Hello! In this video where is a Boeing Style "Green Banana" on the screen, that shows an airplane location on a flight path during descend. I can not see this in my RXP GTN 750. I consistently get this error when attempting any flight lasting more that 30 minutes. It happens all the time and at first I thought it was a GPU issue. However, after a lot of searching and testing, I have come to the conclusion that there is some sort of coding error in the RXP GTN simulator as it relates to FS9 and Windows 10. Hi, yesterday i bought a RXP GTN750 and - because i found it is a good produkt - today i tried to by a second produkt based on the special price. But: good avionics produkts do not always have goot payment - processes. RXP has one of the worst payment processes i have ever seen in my live! And i am a very old man! Hello....... I have the Rxp gtn 750 for Xplane and the the F1 gtn 750 for P3d on my main computer and love them:) I decided that I would purchase the Xplane RXP gtn 750 for my travel laptop. So I made the order, but I accidentally ordered the P3d version by mistake. If you click on store, then xplane... at the top is the one for P3d. I didn't catch that and ordered the wrong one. I shortly after ordered the correct one thinking I would just contact RXP and get a refund. This was a week ago and have sent multiple messages about the matter and have received no responses. The only way to contact RXP is through a form. So I am trying here:)

I own several aircraft I bought from the Steam DLC store. At least two of them, the Cessna P210 Centurion and the Cessna C404 Titan are supposed to be RXP compatible. But whenever I try to install via the Panel Assistant it always causes CTD? Why would that happen? Because Steam sells the older versions? Or the fact those files are in a different folder and not the Sim Objects/Airplanes folder? Does that mean that manually editing the the panels is the only work around? Would the RXP gauge files need to be in the Steam DLC/Aircraft/Gauges folder? Surely others have encountered this. Any advice guys? Thanks Gary

Good morning, first time wanting to try the GTN's , i forgot they have separate platform installers .Accidentaly instead buying the version for X-Plane bought the version for P4D . In the meantime, I bought the correct version. Is it possibile maybe to convert the accidental buy into the gtn 650 for x-plane or send the money back so i can buy the second product? Thank you.

I have had this problem for quite a while now: I have a dedicated computer for my simulators, meaning that the only times I use it is when I "fly"... Unfortunately, systematically, whenever Reality XP pushes an update, my simulator(s) in use would CTD. I must add that since I did not fly P3D for a while now, I did not update my RXP and as a result of my own negligence, your system thinks that I should be reminded... This morning again my flight was interrupted (CTD) mid-way because of the RXP update notification. Is there another way for me to be notified without triggering this onscreen alert that would in turn CTD my flights on future updates? Thank you f…
