Just wanted to have a general discussion about the pace at which we're adapting the latest avionics to our flight simulators. I do some flight instruction for an outfit that uses some very outdated simulators (a lot of us on this forum have much better simulators in our basements), and I've been wishing for more access to the newest stuff to use in an actual flight simulation setting. It's a rapidly moving industry lately and although Garmin and Avidyne publish trainers, I feel like there's so much lag and cost in adapting them to an actual aircraft simulation environment (certified or not), which is really inhibiting quality training to aircraft owners and flight instruc…

Hello. I am trying to reinstall RealityXP on a different PC. My account is no longer active in the system. I still have all the transaction receipt in my email account. I can't open a ticket as it required a register account to open a ticket. This is very frustrating. Purchase was made in July 2020.

Hello, A jump to Win 10 and FSX SE has been really a purgatory. Last two days I have been fighting to get GNS 530/430 and GTN 750/650 functional. The latter I purchased a year ago and the version 2 530/430 just a month ago. The legacy 530 worked fine in my previous FSX Acceleration installation from 2014. The 750/650 I have managed to get to limited functionality without 3d knobs, but the v2 530/430 fights back. Not even 2d functionality. Now, should I or must I know are these F1 or Reality XP products? Is that the secret why the tricks don´t work? (I went through this a year ago with success with 750/650). Suggest never taking a “just relax” approach when antivirus alarms are going off. Nobody is “overreacting” when they’re concerned their PC is warning them about malware. And a recommendation of an exclusion could be a disaster for someone who is truly infected. That’s instead a good time for vigilance. I’m also getting these malware alerts. How do we remove the auto-update prompts of this software? My trust level is too low in the quality of this software to let it continue daily recurring execution and prompting annoyingly for software updates. Unless it improves, I’ll no longer be spending money on this software - it has been an irritating mess on my PC.

It was as if “What a Wonderfull World” was playing in a loop for all simmers: XP11.50 beta with Vulkan integration was promising, Prepar3d v5 was in good tracks for its release during Spring and MFS open alpha was just started and the world was about to flying it early on. Upon installing the latest version of Reality XP GTN 650 for X-Plane, Windows Defender has identified two "Severe" viruses. One is Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.DE!ml which seems to be associated with rxpGtnSim32.dll. The other is Backdoor:Win32/Bladabindi!ml which seems to be associated with rxpGTN-XPL-setup.exe. At first I could only get a blackscreen on my GTN 650 simulated console until I gave Windows Defender permission to install rxpGtnSim32.dll (I think..) Windows Defender initially tried to block it. I am wondering if you have plans on developing software to support the Garmin Touch Controllers and the Garmin 3000. The model number is GTC580. It is part of the Garmin 3000 avionics package.

What is the most complete way to Uninstall RXP software? I can't find and Uninstall Exe. Would I have to use Windows Add/Remove Programs? I want to do a total reinstall. Thanks

Bugged out my A2A aircraft. Bugged Out Other Aircraft. Changed Panel Configurations RXP Assistant Now Not Working Did System Restore. Didn't Fix The Problem. Sledge Hammer Time Now doing a kero personal files but dump all but windows stock apps reinstallation. It will take me days to put everything back. NO MORE UPDATES. Of any type. If RXP still won't install right after this I am abandoning it for F1. At least it looks like their support is more attentive.

Hello, Can someone please advise on the following, I have the above product activated in my C47 Sky-train (Manfred Jhans) /DC in P3D v4.5, I have a subscription with Nvigraph also and from time use this to create flt plans, although I may save a flt plan it never is available in the GNS when ever I am using it in the aircraft , I get a message no FPL found, the Flt Plans generated by Navigraph are PLN files is this the reason the GNS is not seeing the saved flt plans?. Can you also advise where I should save a flt plan ie name /location maybe that is my problem and should the reality GNS be listed in the menu in Navigraph FMS Data manager for it to function cor…

What is the status of support by RealityXP? I reported about 3 bugs in the recent past period, but no reaction at all from RealityXP, while normally they act very quickly? The CEO, RXP, was last seen on the forum on December 11th Hope everything is OK.

I just bought the 530/430 for X-Plane and bought and installed it according the setup program. But the licence is not installed correctly Screen on 530 says "RXP INVALID LICENCE CONTACT VENDOR" in yellow. and the 2nd GNS does not appear correctly, it is also master and can not switch that off. It stays just vaguely grey without any content, but the buttons seem to be there, at least hovering the mouse over it shows turning arrow.s. Any idea how to solve?

Note that I fly XP11 Steam version. I got the notice that RXP ver 2.5.28 was available. I upgraded it from from the 2.5.27. Now no charts, nav data, maps...nothing is loading or working. Not good and totally unacceptable. How does one revert back to the 2.5.27 ver until they fix this? I'd like the "one button" approach to reinstall it all and still save all my routes but I doubt that's even a thing. I'd hate to blow it all up and lose my data. Thanks for any suggestions.

Can someone please tell me how to tune COM 2 and NAV 2 in the GTN 750? I can see that you can transmit and monitor 2 but I can’t see how to select the tuner.

After a period of inactivity I have updated my Flight one products (GTN 750 - P3DV4.5 /5 e Xplane) after the update I only see the black screen the keys are sensitive to hovering the avionics is on but nothing all black .....

Hi, installed GTN750 today, see the panel, but the GTN power is off in X11. There is no GTN power switch, it connects to a power buss in the RXP GTN setup menu, and that has been done. The Garmin GTN Trainer works, so the X11 GTN should also work. Thanks for any insights you might have.
