How can I contact Reality XP for support? I'm having an issue I can't find the solution for in these forums and when I submitted a ticket at F1 they redirected me here. Is there a contact link or a phone number for RealityXP products? Thanks in advance.

I just purchased the RealityXP GTN 750 for P3D V4 and can not find out how to get it working in any of my A2A aircraft. It also does not help that I cant find any tutorial or PDF stating how to use it or install it in P3D. How am I supposed to figure out how to use it if there is not any information? I tried changing the GPS in my A2A Cherokee but that did not work, then I tried looking for add ons in P3D and did not see it, I launched the Garmin Trainer but that is not what I am supposed to do, I just want to figure out how to install the GPS in my plane, what am I doing wrong? Has anyone placed an RXP WX500 weather radar into the panel of the TDV2? I am on the left using a single GTN750 with AP underneath, and on the right a second COM/NAV radio set over an ADF radio. I have room under that.

Hi, You might have lately noticed I've been rather off than on the forums for a number of days. Aside some personal matters to attend to, we've been working extensively for the last 3 weeks with 8 updates (4 products, 2 sims), covering both a new GTN Trainer 6.41.1, a new Prepar3d 4.2 version, and adding a few more features while further offering stability and enhancements. I just want to reassure you I'll catch up the forum questions and try my best to answer in the shortest time.

Hello folks, i trying install Reality XP, after key, server not responding. Problem with servers: when i try to install the software, they server didn't respond, if possible see a solution to this? Reality XP 530 V1!

Recovering from a massive Windows 10 update meltdown, I'm in the process of reinstalling...yeah...everything. Anyway, Installed the GTN and I'm getting just a black screen. The trainer itself when run as a separate app looks fine. I am a long time user of RealityXP’s GNS530 for XP9 and XP10. I just purchased Carenado’s PC-12 for XP11. It says “Support for RealityXP's GTN750 (integrated into 3D cockpit, when available).” I have no idea what that even means. I want to buy either RealityXP’s GNS530 or GTN750. I love the GNS530, but am I better off getting the GTN750 because of the above statement? TIA

I have a GNS 530 hardware from Emuteq and before i buy the software I just dont understand how the gps hardware can link up to the sim and have the sims gps on the hardware one. Does the GPS hardware need to be on a extend to second screen mode? I would like a step by step video showing how its done.

Hi all, I recently bought the RXP GNS 530W v2. I am interested in using it only when it can be integrated in the VC as a 3D gauge and so I have been a bit disappointing that not many developers have an option. Actually, I have only fitted it so far to my Learjet 25D. My fleet includes A2A, RealAir, Justflight and Milviz GA aircraft (also on my signature). The reason I am writing this is because I was considering also purchasing the GNS 430W thinking to use the crossfill option that is possible. I wanted the GNS 750, downloaded the wrapper and went through the steps. Step 1 wanted me to create a F1 account. I did, got a 500 internal error on the website. Reloaded the website and said account already existed. Still waiting for email confirmation to activate the damn account. So I skip to step 2 of the wrapper. Enter all my Info. click purchase and nothing. No check out. Further, when I test the Internet connection with the wrapper it fails. I have no firewall on. I'm posting this with my Internet connection! All I wanted was this damn gauge!

A friend of mine has a new GPS kit available to build a very accurate G530 that could easily work with RXP G530. It is a 1;1 scale with very high quality encoders and the bezel is 3D printed by you or a printing service. If a RXP user might be interested in building one I can probably get you a quicker delivery( there is a waiting list) because he'd like to have a version for RXP. The freeware software used on X-Plane is ArdSimX which controls the arduino inputs. A month ago I bought GTN 750 (xplane). Now I'm looking at GNS 530. Do I get any discount or must pay full price?

I am looking for EGCD and it's not in the GTN database. I noticed the trainer has an option for Global Airports, but not sure if that is available to us? There have been quite a few that I have are not in the GTN database. Any other ideas?

Do you also plan a product from garmin for xplane? maybe garmin G500/600 ? thx Martin

Can someone please help me on getting a refund? I purchased both the GTN and GNS gps addons for FSX DE during the black Friday weekend. Since then, I have been unable to use my products do to software issues. I have searched every single forum with no success. What is addresses so far: - GNS V2 and GTN: added working IDENT mode. It overrides the NAV1/2 audio panel while active, while still permitting to change NAV1/2 audio selection in the GTN. Hi, I'm interested in upgrading (to use in X-Plane 11) and own a bunch of RXP products (gauge sets, 430W, 530W, and crossfill) However, I haven't used it in a bit as I've upgraded my computer and am now using an SSD... so don't have it installed. hi, I had your RXP units (530W and 430W) for FSX. Now I am interested in getting the two new version GNS 530W v2 and the GTN750, how many times can I use the coupon?
