PrecipitFX Support

how do I choose on what Airplane the effects would be installed on? not necessarily I want those effects on all my airplane pool. also not always one would want all effects installed as equal on all airplanes e.g. I got "ESC - XTreme Contrail" product installed and I had noticed that on Some Airplanes I prefer the ESC Contrail installed and on others the PrecipitFX Contrail.. it would be great if one would have the granularity of picking what effect to be installed on what airplane and not just a generic specific effect, all or nothing thingy (all or nothing = all airplanes) probably I could start editing aircraft.cfg files and stuff, but having it in the UI w…

Bought the software yesterday 12/10 and have a few questions. My first download had broken files so your Michael suggested not using Internet Download Manager (been great so far) which I did, using Firefox browser instead. It appeared to install normally but my opening screen revealed a black 'tall grass' effect along the runway and black particles for the snow. Once airborne, the black grass disappeared and the snow effect lightened but not to the color of snow. Is this normal? The manual infers there are five intensities of precip - are these adjustable and if so how? My weather textures are REX4 but using the default engine - any suggestions here?

Hello, I had PrecipitFX purchased for a while and decided to install it on my computer as I recently did a windows reinstall and the installer is stuck on the working phase and has used my other activation. I have ran as admin and I am using FSX which is installed to C:\FSX. Can you help?

Hello everyone , I bought FXprecipit for P3D 2.4 , downloaded and installed , but I can not activate the effects for P3D . seems all blocked . impossible click to ''INSTAll'' why?

Just wanted to say I installed the P3D version tonight. Only had time to do a flight in a snow storm and I must say I really like the effects. I had no issues with the install and so far so good with the product. Thanx! Vic Baron

I've purchased and activated PercipitFX but on the install screen the Install button is grayed out I'm using P3D 2.4 does it not work with 2.4?

Had an email informng me an update was available. click the link and entered ID and password, showed I have 1 activation left. clicked on the program to download and was directed back to main page , no download. am running FSX only. any suggestions how to proceed. bob
