Hello Ben, Your Cadet 777 videos have been a fantastic series which has really helped me to understand the aircraft, especially the ground checklists and the various autopilot modes and FMAs. I'm just finishing up watching videos #23 and 24, both of which have a wealth of information on PMDG configuration. As part of the customers' resource folder you have mentioned, would you consider including the content outlines for those two videos, which we could use as a springboard for further research? On the start stop bar at the bottom is the hd section. it says this is for video quality. How do u use it. Push??

Dear Friends, I'm going through the Q400 Cadet course. As I previously stated in another post you indeed did an awesome job. Just a little remark: the pilot speaking (Josh I suppose) is often hard to understand cause he really rushes through his speech! I think lot of people that are not born in english speaking countries could have some difficulty grasping what he says. Sometimes I really struggle and have to skip something hopefully not fundamental. Maybe a little effort on his side to speak a bit slower could change the game for the better for all of us! Hi Ben! I just purchased the 777 program, and it is really good so far! I have a suggestion though, just thought I'd throw it in the pond. In your videos, you often talk about different programs/checklists/etc. I thought it would be helpful if there was a resources page for the 777 course. Just my two cents, again really good course!

Dear friends, first o all thank you for this truly awesome course! After having spent weeks following tutorials that a certain point have something not working (even the official Majestic ones I'd say), I can finally say "I'm learning to fly the Dash 8!". And I'm still only half of the cadet course. You truly made me a happy man! My question is about the EGNX Scenery. I have everything by Orbx in that sector but nevertheless I don't have all the details seen in the cadet training video. I've ORBX base, vector, Europe and England. Hi Ben, Just purchased 777 Cadet and nice to see you and Captain sparing no effort to make those informative videos. Having watched episode #2, I have decided to switch from FSX to P3D for better graphics, and most importantly better memory management as you told. However I have some questions about P3D that I would be grateful if you can help answer. In the video, you mentioned you could approach complex airports without getting OOM issue. I am very much interested in the settings you have applied to the sim since the memory issue drove me mad when I used FSX even though with low settings :( You also recommend FTX Global Vector in the video which is well-known as…

Just purchased 777 training. I use both a laptop and iPad. Before downloading do I have to decide which device I'll watch training on? I'd like to have the ability to watch it on either device but don't know if your metadata will prohibit this. Thanks in advance. Don

Hello Ben, Having purchased both of your Q400 video series, I ordered the 777 one when it came out. Watching video #2 on Simulator Setup, you mentioned an EZ-Dok 777 camera setup file in "members area in the downloads section," but I haven't been able to find it. Is that section online yet? I am eagerly waiting for release of B777 cadet course. My question is in anticipation, once purchased, can i download all videos to my galaxy S tablet to view at later time offline? The reason for my question is, these files may be quite big and galaxy internal memory is hardly 16gb, most of which is occupied by default apps. I have SD card of 128GB installed. Is it possible to store these videos on SD card of galaxy tab S? currently Vimeo app can only be installed in internal memory and not on external SD card and all files downloaded through vimeo for offline viewing are stored on internal storage which wont be sufficient. Any guidance? Best wishes

Hi, after watching the Q400 cadet training program I have a question about fuel planning; I noticed that the planned takeoff weight, which in part 5 was calculated to be 25,330 kg or as the MJQ control panel set it to be - 25,410 kg. As I understood, this difference comes from the fact that the control panel does not subtract the anticipated taxi fuel. However, when calculating performance in part 7, they use a takeoff weight of 26,130 kg. Clearly I've missed something important here?

Merry Christmas, Ben! You've got a sound mix problem at 19:34 on clip 1 of the new series: NatSound is massively high. Track is buried. Also, on a separate note, you might want to generally apply a bit of loudness compression and a touch of bass EQ on Josh. He's not punching through in the mix and seems (subjectively) weaker than you. You're fine. Also, your feedback page just spins in circles when trying to submit a message. Best, marshall

i am following the training but I my FMC/CDU/FCS or whatever you want to call it doesnt follow the training video. SO when I type in the EGNX and accept twice I dont see the same display, infact its telling me the heading is 001. I tried to set in manually by going to menu/departures (just guessing, as i got a lot to learn) and set the departure runway to 27 but no difference. As such I cant get to the next step of creating the extended path on the display. hopefully someone else has seen this and can tell me what button I forgot to press, because no matter how many times I do this it always happens. Aurasim gives the option for LOWS RW 16 and 34. LOWS has RW15 and 33. Thank you for AN EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE CALCULATOR.

Hi Ben, Looking at your videos (Q400 FO, FSL320), I wonder how did you achieve such a smooth panning ? Is that Ezdok only or some tweaks to cfg files? Is that done with mouse or joystick hat? Thanks, Pierre
