Apologies for what is probably a very basic question, but how do i get FSX ATC to use a callsign for this plane all I get is ", cleared to land" etc. Thanks in advance Mat

Hi all, I have this and really like it, Is the a way of changing the steering to behave as my other aircraft do, turning with my rudder input while on the ground? I understand how i should work but would rather change it. Any help would be great. Neil

Clearly I'm insane... After complaining about the lack of a paint kit and the time investment it took to line up lines and curves on the 2012 SR22 Turbo repaints I did, I came back to do another. I swear this is my last but something about the current 2013+ Carbon appearance package caught my eye. Net investment on this was a bit less but it still was a several week ordeal and I'm b-e-a-t. Hi: Is there a way to tell if I've installed 2.0 correctly? I just want to make sure I have the latest version. Thanks!

I have installed the new version 2.0 of the sr22. I can not seem to get the IAS function to work. The manual says " IAS key- either ALT or VS should be on. I have found that if I turn on the IAS button, it turns OFF the VS or ALT selection. In fact pressing the IAS causes the plane to lose control and start a step climb. I have it trimmed out before pressing the IAS button. Bottom line it either does not work, or I do not understand how to use it. Any one else see how to use this function? Thanks, Jim

Hi, I'm enjoying this aircraft but there's a few things I'd change if I could: I'd like the landing lights to be a lot brighter and I'd love a custom paint job with reg to boot. Can anyone point me in the right direction for these things please?

Evening: I need some advice/support please with GA A/C and ASN SP3 turbulence. Lately I've been trying to fly around in the Carenado SR22 however the airplane frequently becomes completely uncontrolable. I'll start pitches almost at 10,000 ft/min; sometime the airplane lands up at 30,000+ ft. I am positive enhanced turb. is unchecked and the rest of the ASN settings are all down around 1% - anything lower and I won't have any type of turb. which is no fun and unrealistic. Except for 0%, the aircraft complete over reacts to the turbulence. Thanks

is there a way to add copilot or front seat passenger and backseat passengers to the SR22?

Just purchased the aircraft on 6/29/15. The download and installation appeared to go smoothly, however when I open the aircraft, I don't see the aircraft textures at all, just the pilot figure and the windows. I'm running an Alienware system with Windows 8.1 installed. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

After the huge disappointment with the T182T, I decided to not buy the SR22. However the "FPS-patch" has completely transformed that plane for me. How is the SR22 after the latest patch? Worth getting for $35?

I just started messing with the SR22 again and I'm trying to figure out all of the features Carenado has included in the G1000. I'm doing well, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to get back to the map page once I enter a flight plan, approach, etc. I'm getting stuck on the info page and nothing I do seems to bring me back to where I can turn the FMS knob to get back to the moving map. I have ran across a few other posts where people were having the same issues but haven't been able to find any solutions. Darrell

When the SR22T came out several months ago, I thought to myself "I'd love to replicate the paint for a 2012 SR22T model..." Little did I know that it would be a several-month undertaking (my original edited files are dated from March). Of course, I've picked it up and put it down several times over those months but I'm finally to a point with it where it's starting to "gel". Still several details to add as well as a re-reg or two but it's getting closer. It's not quite a Gen 5 but I like the look. Again: Still very much a work in progress... but I hope to have it available in the coming weeks!

What I have noticed with Carenado's SR22 is that the initial frame rates are very good. However with about 3-5 minutes into its use, the frame rates drop to single digits and the aircraft is unusable. When I switch to a different aircraft in the menu, the frame rates shoot up. I am using LM Prepar3d V2.1 but had the same issues with FSX. My system should be able to handle the load so I suspect that this product, Carenado SR22, has a major flaw. My system: i7 4820K @ 3.7 OC to 4.4 16 GB RAM Win 8.1 1 TB SSD

I think the lean assist feature could be more informative then what it is like for example have best power display on the engine page with the TIT bars turning blue when Peak and best Economy is reached instead of the triangle and the plus or minus for lean of peak and rich of peak
