Tried this query elsewhere, but no response. Try here: Anyone flying the Blackbird DHC-2 using the GNS 530/430 GPS & the Bendix/King KAP 140 AP, & able to get the aircraft to follow the magenta line when AP is set to NAV? I can't & can't figure out why. Follows HDG ok, but not NAV, even when planted on the magenta line. Using NAV, at the first FPlan 'turn' it keeps going straight. & also, does the DHC-2 take the TDS GTNXi GPS? T45

I know I can't count on the support of Milviz however, please would it be possible for you to open the "Support Forum" fully now that the planes are generously offered. This is a beautiful addon with one very large drawback. There have been quite a few requests for Blackbird to let us know how to bind some of the important controls. I hope they do so. It seems strange to have sophisticated systems without any means to control them. Use of the mouse in VR is extremely difficult and a real immersion killer. For example, if you are using your right hand for the stick it is almost impossible to work the following important controls using your left hand on the mouse: oil cooler intercooler supercharger fuel tank selector hydraulic hand pump tail hook engine primer eng…

I can't seem to find the right button to assign on my CH throttle quadrant to operate the cowl flaps. Has anyone had success in doing this? Thanks, Ed

Hey everyone! Let me start by saying I love this product. You have done a great job with this and I have thoroughly enjoyed buzzing around pretending I am Pappy Boyington!! I wanted to ask if there was any way to change the rendering of the propeller arc? I know there are some mods for the "out of the box" AC from Asobo to do this and I was wondering if there was something for this product as well? I have flown many prop aircraft in real life and have seen actual Corsairs with their engine running and the prop never looks like it does on this virtual aircraft at least it doesn't look that way to me. Hi, Just bought her yesterday so i believe i have latest version. I have some serious issues with landings. Honestly, to master take off and landing i do only such, and regardless of load, technique, different settings - cannot master my landings. Landing - plane bounces like ping pong ball regardless of technique i try. Even when landing full flaps with lowest speed ( close to stall ), plane bounce one or two times. I land with full flaps, aiming to be around 80kts, but tried all combinations - always bouncing That plane was designed for landing on carriers, so how come she behaves like that? As you are aware we are no longer selling or supporting P3D products as of January 1. It was decided to give back to the community and we have released most of our products (a few exceptions) as a free downloads. Hello everyone I use MVAMS to preset fuel and payload before loading the 737 in P3Dv4.5. Fuel is correctly set in the sim (in line with my presets in MVAMS), but I have no luck with the payload...... It's always 0 in the sim (except for the cabin and crew stations). I have looked in the configuration files in the MVAMS folder and it's correctly set in there (var s4 s5 s6 etc are not at 0). It's like a problem with the MV_732_ACM.dll or something ? I run MVAMS and P3D as admin. Already tried a reinstall of 737. Hi allNow that I have the FSX se version of the great milviz uh1c I thought I would Set up a sling load free flight Like I have with other helicopterssuccessfully.I have copied the hoist and sling entries from my other aircraft and copied to both the air cfg file and the saved flight file like my other sling load flights but the uh1c is not showing the attached cable.When I launch the uh1c saved flight the enabled hook show up very briefly on the top right of the screen then disappears.Just wondering if any one could shed some lightCheersRhys

Although the tool tip has labeled the default MilViz GNS530/430 as a pop-up, I can't get it to work. There doesn't seem to be a view that features it either. I love the bird and she flies sweet but I'd love to have the pop-up. Oddly enough, the Turbo Otter pops up the whole radio panel.

I really like the following aircraft which are now freeware from MilViz/Blackbird Sims: Beechcraft B55 / E55 Cessna 310R Redux Piper PA30 Twin Comanche To me, these are excellent versions that work well in P3Dv5.3, albeit with a bit of tweaking here or there. They are a joy to fly with default GNS, RXP GNS & GTN panels. I must admit, I had a few head scratchers with the Twin Comanche and after much inquiring, digging through forum archives and some common deduction, I am now quite satisfied. Hello, Is there someone who has installed this in P3D5 and got it running? In my case it is MVAMS that is causing trouble and thus making it a bit annoying to use. It loads one engine running and half systems on with a gravel kit. MVAMS has 732.dll in right place but no init. file in configurations. Any tips?

I get this error message when running MVAMS for the newly installed MD530 Unfortunately, I can't find a solution on the Blackbird Sims/Milviz archived support forum. Does anyone know how to resolve this so I can get the MD530 set up? Kindest regards, Glenn

Hi. I installed the DH2 into both FSX steam and P3d V4. They went in just fine...but the throttle levers don't move at all...not with the joystick, not with the mouse, and not with the key commands. Milviz won't say a word to me, as I missed the window of FSX and P3D support. Any ideas?

Hi...everything is working execpt the cockpit sounds...switches, trim, etc...I installed the FSX version into P3DV4....(I tried to buy a new version for P3DV4 but it says unavailable so I have no choice)...I found and played the mp3 sound file...732cockpitsystems...and it plays fine but it just doesnt play in the cockpit.

I've been having a persistent issue with certain cockpit interactions in the 310R while using VR (Hp Reverb 2, issue exists in WMR as well as SteamVR). I can't click certain buttons, which will vary depending on avionics selection. Nav 1/2 transfer buttons don't work (Comm transfer works fine), nor does the bottom row of buttons on the autopilot (though the alt select and AP master work just fine). Everything works outside of VR mode. Mapping hardware buttons to the affected functions works. The buttons glow blue when mousing over, but they will not activate when clicking. Another interesting behavior is that the autopilot controls work just fine when using the Garmin 75…

Edit: After a computer restart it looks like it should be. Today the new 1.1.0 update finally has arrived at the MSFS2020 marketplace. However, the altimeter has no scale and no alt counter anymore.

Is there a Key Bind for the Red Flood Light. I tried using SpadNext and even with a button press and seeing the LVAR's increasing and the DIM wheel turnning but the lights don't come on but if I use a mouse it's not a problem.

I tried to fly an LPV approach last night for the first time, in fact the first precision approach I've tried in the Cessna 310, but I got no Glideslope indication? Even when the battery master is off I don't see a GS flag on the HSI. Does this aircraft's HSI even have a glideslope? I must be missing something.

I have a weird problem. The top 70% of both the TDS GTN 750 touchscreens do not respond to clicks in my new C310. To make sure it wasn't the TDS itself, I loaded up the Just Flight Arrow, and it worked perfectly. Then I loaded up the SImworks R-14. The TDS worked perfectly. So it's just in the C310. The units, themselves, are actually working. I can move into map with the physical knob. But the top 70% of both screens remains un-clickable (making the TDS unusable). I remember FlyingFabio had the same issue in one of his preview streams, so he didn't use the TDS 750's, either. Anyone else with this problem, and a possible fix ?

Cruising at 7000 ft MSL with manifold pressure = 22, rpm = 2300, fuel flow = 150 I'm only achieving 115 KIAS. The User Guide chart shows I should be getting about 175 TIAS. Why the big difference?

In the ever changing landscape of simulators I have a few small bits of development news for you guys: SR-71 - Development to be shifted to MSFS instead of P3D P180E - Development is getting closer to completion for P3D( V4 and V5 ) Skyraider - Also near completion for P3D(V4 and V5) That's all I have for now. I don't have any ETA on anything else but the last 2 are in Beta so keep your eyes peeled.
