Hello, The A36 included with P3Dv4 and the payware version sold by Carenado; what is the difference? Only the updated avionics? What about sound and flight model? Anything else? (I'm asking here as I couldn't find a better place. The Carenado section has no entry for the P3D version.) Thanks

What the title says. I really enjoy flying this aircraft but in P3D, their GNS...ewwww. And, by the way...here's a RW A36 with a 750 installed.

I tried flying the P3Dv4 "stock" Carenado A36 Bonanza last night and the landing and taxi lights are so dim they're useless. Other aircraft in my P3Dv4 setup and PTA preset seem fine. Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a way to modify the lights .bmps to fix? Thanks.

Carenado forgot a detail when they changed the airplane for V4. In the panel.cfg file, make the following edit: gauge06=RadioA36!Radio_KR87_Adf, 0,246,512,104

Hello all, I just downloaded the A36 Bonanza from Carenado and the installer won't run because of incompatibility. Any ideas? I am running windows 10.

Tidy Australian A36: My effort: If anyone finds a picture of the wingtips of this aircraft....DON'T tell me! I searched high and low. In the end I 'best guessed' it. On AVSIM etc.

I am a fan of dark colors so here's my A36 livery. I saw it on a real life bonanza (has red accents and large B logo on the tail) and decided to make my own with some changes. I'm uploading it to the library if somebody is interested. A36 Bonanza DarkGray Livery (library name)

Is there anyway to fix the lag caused by this airplane, all my other add on planes work fine, but this one always drops. I think that most of the lag is coming from the efd 1000. If you have a Bonanza A36 and know how to fix it, please tell me.

Hi, I notice that Prepar3d when released on 25/11/13 will have the Carenado A36 shipped with it. Is this the exact version that we all purchased or a scaled down model and to get all the features we install the payware version. Dave

I am planning on getting this plane. I would like to install two of the Reality XP 430 GNS units in the panel. Is this possible to do with this plane? Can I use the Carenado "Reality XP integration with 3D Gauges"application to install the units or is it better to install the files manually? Has anyone done this and how is it working? Can you popup the units together or separately? Thanks very much for your response. chas

Hi all, I just purchased this aircraft from Carenado in hopes it may provide me with a good payware retractable gear option, but so far every time I have started FSX with it, I have gotten a CTD within 5 minutes. I've tried 4 different times. According to AppCrashView, the fault module is XAudio2_6.dll . I looked it up in the AVSIM CTD Guide but it wasn't mentioned... anyone have any ideas before I contact Carenado? I also took my A2A Piper out for a flight and it flew fine, no CTD, just as a reference. Thanks, - Jace

Carenado support says that the EFD1000 gets its nav data from FSX rather than from the RXP 430 that feeds it. I've updated the 430 data but that doesn't allow the efd1000 to correctly interpret nav waypoints (e.g. the 34 localizer at RNO whose ident is I-AGY). I've tried adding a .BGL file to the addons scenery/scenery directory-doesn't work. What is the best way to update the appropriate FSX nav data? Would the Airport Design Editor work? Any help is appreciated.

hi! I am enjoying my A36 Bonanza once again with ORBX England and Scotland. However I have not been lucky enough to find any repaint with UK register. Are there any available? And the all new ORBX Norway on the way might be perfect with Norwegian reg, but that is perhaps too much to ask... Anyone, please?

Why are their two GPS's? And, it seems that the top one doesn't turn on. It worked the first time I used it but not since. Ya know, for the most part I love Cerenado's quality but every now and then, then tend to miss one or two things. :wink:
