I bought MSE Ultra Cities Boston for a very nice price of $10.17. I must admit, I was a little skeptical on how this would look/work ... so to be clear, it does NOT remove FSX default city buildings/objects for Boston, those remain intact and visible. It actually works very well for my eyes and doesn't impact my frame rates at all, around 60-70 fps. Hi, I am very upset at the moment because last year I uploaded an FSX video to YouTube, and pretty much overnight I have received about 20 comments all about my crap system and FPS, as well as some people who are just so and so's, who said things that I cannot repeat. Updated to the latest version of DX10 Fixer to see how my Dusk/Night transitions would work. VERY pleased with the results. I recorded this one at original size (2560 x 1600) and uploaded to YouTube ... be sure to select Quality = Original (if you're running that resolution or higher). Sorry for some quality loss due to compression, but original file size was huge 4+GB, compressed it down to < 1GB, so you'll see a lot of sky gradients that are due to the compression. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8s72OJnVEc Rob.

The pilot is waving his hand @ 1:40 like he wanted to say "Hey, I didn't kill you guys, be happy". Don't greet the spotters, you almost killed them and 100 souls on board!

Quick video I put together tonight using DX10 (with Steve's DX10 Fixer app) - no real destination, just wanted to fly in some bad weather in a small GA. Did an almost 360 to show off cockpit shading. Portland International to Mt. Saint Helen's Aero Ranch Airport -- (picked this location because I wanted to test out bad weather from real world reports) MSE Oregon V2.0 (patched) REX OD (2048) FSGRW (160mi cloud draw max density) AccuFeel DX10 + DX10Fixer PA38 LOD_RADIUS 9.5 Textures 2048 No special post processing, "as is".
