On my way to the "French" european tour, I decided to try to create my first Timelapse. That was pretty cool except few troubles with the FS replay. Hope you'll enjoy it... 3onefive

Couple of firsts here… Due to my job, haven’t flown in 4.5 years.. Decided to get off my arse and get my BFR and IPC done… Also, what a difference 5 years makes with videography equipment… I used to love doing small videos of my flights… now with a couple Garmin Virb’s…. This is going to be fun… Please excuse the camera angles (was curious if they’d even work), and more importantly, please excuse the crappy landings… It’s been 4.5 years since I’ve flown, and 5.5 years since my last time flying the Skylane (this is a Turbo C182T) which I’ve never flown a Turbo (only a non-Turbo 182). Again, forgive my poor precision... The rust will (hopefully) shake off…. C18…

I come from Microsoft Flight Simulator and I must say I'm really impressed and pleased with X-Plane 10 and Flight Factor's 757 Night flying on X-Plane is sooo much more realistic than MFS. Lights look way better, Hope you enjoy the night ride guys, rest assured, I'll be night-flying a lot! And hand-flying the 757 too! You can skip to min. 15 if you only wanna see the landing

World2Xplane is a fantastic, new scenery generating software by tonywob (don't know his real name) that uses OSM database to create realistic urban and city environments.

    Started by Guest,

Enjoyed this early morning flight, OpusFSX did a great job with weather depiction given how difficult it is to setup the micro-climates around SF/Bay Area and Monterey. Cheers, Rob.

I currently use FRAPS, but was interested in learning if there are better inflight recording software available. In addition, has anyone had any success using a webcam to record off their screen, or would that be too grainy? Thanks Rob

Touring Gibraltar and the coast of Spain aboard a Cessna CT210 Centurion II. X-Plane 10 has amazing capabilities that we've just begun tapping into. There's certainly more to come.
