In line with a request in "The Unofficial ORBX Forum" I'm posting this series here. There are more in the "The Unofficial ORBX Forum" section. And plenty of great shots of other ORBX areas too The idea behind my post is that although ORBX and many others post plenty of screenshots they obviously choose THE best of the locations to make the shot. Nought wrong with that? My idea here was to fly from certain fields, starting where I last landed and doing another "leg", travelling Clockwise from Wellington round the North Island. One of the things I missed from MS Flight (after going back to FSX) was the golden dawn. After some fooling around with REX I think I found a dawn texture that comes pretty close to what Flight offered. In chronological order (I should have made an extra screenshots between the 4th and 5th, really...) (BTW The RealAir Legacy really has great VC-lighting: no matter what time of day, the light always perfectly fits with what you see outside. A lot of other addons have big problems with getting that right and sometimes are almost unflyable due to odd masks and so on during dawn or dusk!) Parked at my destination. Decided to force myself to fly CRM by going right down the list in the CRM KMZ of photoreal areas.. I am flying from point to point in order of appearance regardless of distance.. There was a new update for ROF yesterday and amoung other things, one of the new features is that enemy baloons will be pulled down at the aproach of enemy fighters. This caused me to dive after the balloon and I ended up coliding with it. Well, at least I got it! Rob 1st person shooter meets flight sim? Just found this reworked Goose from OZx. Much better VC! Great paint jobs and also some "under the hood" tweaks!

Just flying odd jobs. Exploring some more far flung airfields out in the middle of nowhere. Loveing the multiple colors, shadows and reflections every where you look. The best there ever was.
