The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum

Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here.  Please follow image posting rules (below).  Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).

Screenshot Image Posting Rules

  • Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own.  See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
  • Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
  • Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
  • No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
  • AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
  • Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Title literally describes the pics. Put some extra dirt on the L1 door. Also added some more to the money door. :Just Kidding: Sitting at the FedEx ramp at KDFW, ready for her delivery flight. Once I get her packaged up and release photos done, she'll be uploaded.

GTI8810(PGUM-PKWA) on a twice weekly run to from Guam to Wake Island, taxies out as a FedEx MD-10 departs for Tokyo. I had TCAS screaming during climbout when a "rogue" KC-135 and her trail of smoke flew a little to close for comfort in the 3rd shot. No aircraft were harmed during this flight

May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind ever be at your back, May you find old friends waiting to greet you, there on the outside track. We're gathered together old times to remember, 'tis but for ourselves we would grieve, So we'll sing you a chorus and bid you farewell - fair winds and a following sea. We'll sing of 'The Leaf' and 'The Parting Glass', we'll raise up our voices in song, No sadness today for the one who has passed, celebrate with a voice glad and strong. A catch in the throat, a tear in the eye, but no funeral dirge will this be, We'll roar 'Auld Lang Syne' as a victory song - fair winds and a following sea. And those of us left here will m…

  8. Hello all fellow simmers While testing the precision of my Turbine Duke flightplan spreadsheet, I decided to land on a quite high airport. I chose KHSP for its scenic approach above the Appalachian Moutains. Departing from KAVL, this is your typical 1hour trip. After entering my FP and wind information (from ASN) I get the following navigation log. I'll carry 41,5 Gallons of fuel in each tank. Real perf vs planned perf at the end. In terms of altitude predictions, the spreadsheet did quite well. I encountered stronger than planned front wind during climb, but the overall…

Hi All, Should have really read the METARs for the flight I was taking. Another one of those jump in, pick a departure and a destination and fly. Not reading the weather reports lead for a very bumpy ride. Enjoy the shots and this aircraft definitely highlights P3D's AA "issues" as in FSX the exterior lines are nice and smooth. Mike

Hello everyone, Just this morning I took a flight from Yemelyanovo Airport (in Krasnoyarsk, Russia) to Graz, Austria, mostly to check out the new Graz v6 scenery that was uploaded to the library today. The flight time was just under 6 hours and 10 minutes; overall the flight was quite relaxing. Here are a few photos from the arrival: Thanks for looking, comments are always appreciated.

Thanks to Tonywob, VFR flying in the UK has had a huge boost in immersion through a download which shows every building in its right place. Mesh from AlpilotX, weather from the new NOAA plugin, and plane by Vflyte.

The title says it all. WOA1004(PHNL-PHKO) was attempting to deliver 112,000lbs of cargo to Kona International, when a few minutes off the Oahu coast power to the house went out :( At least I managed to get a few snaps off and I wasn't too mad as it was a super short flight
