The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Hi there! I just can´t stop doing FS Economy flights (mostly in the Carenado PC-12) in P3D 2.5! With REX soft clouds and ORBX (FTX Global & Open LC) it looks so beautiful:

Hi there! Actually, as an owner of the PMDG NGX (6-900) for FSX, I didn´t want to buy it for P3D. But the possibility to save $20 until March the 6th, let me pull the trigger! ;-) And I am glad I did! It looks so beautiful with all these shadows going on inside and out, and the smoothness is really a strong point in P3D, and the NGX is no exception! So I took her on the maiden flight as SK163 from ESSA to ESGG:

"Center....unable, are you nuts?" :Shame On You: Love the radar, totally changes the sim! And the clouds I've been dodging are quite beautiful when you're getting above (or around them) I'm REALLY liking the new SWA livery! Can't say the same about my "other" hometown airline.

Not showing any HD v3 here just clouds and this is on a laptop with HDR and objects to max but you won't notice W2XP objects (for this flight) in Asahikawa. My Desktop performance against my laptop is just 8-10 fps. But I still need to do some more testing against the Desktop. Japan is fantastic in XPX using V3 and W2XP of course no Chinese type houses atm. FlywithLua + RTH , Realistic Sky textures with default clouds using NOAA. (surprisingly NOAA has stopped working on the Desktop and the surprising thing Headshake is not working on the laptop funny) Resolution is 1366 x 768. So true about X plane motion of the flight takes it to a realistically different le…

ORBX KSEZ (Sedona) screens towards bottom of this post ------------------------------------------------------------------- Just flying around Sedona, and am amazed beyond all-get-out, how much Jarrad has nailed the color palate of the area, from sandstone brown to the beautiful pink noted in the area. This scenery has beyond all else, really given me the home sickness today. I grew up in Phoenix just off Central Avenue, and dad always took the family to Flagstaff and Sedona, at Christmas and Easter, as we attended Mass in Sedona ( here is the actual true/official name and site if you are interested to view: http://chapeloftheholycross.com/store/default.asp There i…

Just one screenshot today. I was flying the Cherokee into a randomly chosen private airstrip, only to discover that it doesn't exist in the simulator! The landing was a little hair raising. For those one want to find it, it is 2MT1.

Just a quick flight (without a pilot apparently!) in XP10. (If anyone knows how to get the pilot to show up I'm all ears). Not sure how realistic this flight model is.... but it's really fast and it's right up my alley. Addons used: freeware 'Airfighter' Piaggio Avanti II (at the Org) freeware Real Terra Haze Lua script (still not happy about the tropical blue horizon) freeware HD Mesh v3 Off centerline rollout (hey it's tough to land without a pilot har har har!)

Hi All, Took up a couple of beauties into the P3D skies around dusk for some fun flying. I know there are many folks right now on the fence deciding if making the switch to P3D from FSX/FS9 is worth while and I can honestly say, once you've got your sliders set to give the best performance/visuals, sticking with P3D will be an easy decision. The days of cracking open the .cfg file to wring that last ounce of performance are behind me and I've been having more fun playing "pin the tail on the sectional" and finding some places to fly out of/into. Enjoy the screenshots and whatever your sim platform of choice is, post up your shots and share your story!! Mike …

Just some photos of the pmdg 777 using some of the new hdr tweaks I have been working on. These shots showcase the increased daytime brightness and dusk transition lighting. Some night shots to follow that will showcase the darkness of the night using the tweaks. I be posting the details of the tweak once its stabilized. Still working on a couple issues.
