The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Hola.. Been working on a new -800 paint. LN-RRK Gerud Viking. She's only recently repainted, so fairly clean. Still got a few bits to tweak and a little dirt to add.. One with winglets will follow. Also features the metallic looking titles.. changes depending on the light!

Hey guys So, in the continued search for a better FSX experience, I added some SweetFX tweaks to the Sim and came up with some pretty satisfactory results. This time I took the PA A320 (still learning how to fly the Aerosoft one) for a spin on Delta Airlines Flight 1407 between KATL and KCLT. Hope you like them Final preps before pushback Taxi to Runway 9L V1! Climbing to FL310 Starting the descent into runway 18C Lining up Quiet CFMs over the city Flaring ^_^ Almost there Opening up the flowers Parking next to some American mates And that's it! Still trying to get the best from REX Textures…

I was treated to a low vis Rwy 12L approach today on my flight from Bishkek. All shots are untouched at all …apart from a few obvious ones. Where is the runway? ….I actually lost my situational awareness for a second. Okay all is well.

Hi there! As promised, here are some pics of my return flight from Innsbruck Kranebitten to Frankfurt Egelsbach in Carenado´s Hawker (with Bert Pieke´s GTN750 mod.) Airport scenery is by Aerosoft, the rest is FTX (Global, Vector, Open LC, Trees HD, FS Global mesh) and REX4, soft clouds and ASN providing the weather. The sim is FSX Accelearation in DX9. I hope you like them:

For those that are running XP.40b1....you might want to download SimHeaven's W2XP cover for North America, and head out and over the beautiful Muskoka's of mid-Ontario...and the Canadian Shield. Some of the XP.40b1 scenery with the above, is simply breathtaking....and oh..if you don't have an amphib, you really do need one, so you can touch and go, the many, many small and beautiful airports that dot the region, and populate alongside too many lakes to mention....wow.... Anyway...here are a few pics, as I fly over and explore the lakes and the airports... Cheers! -----------------------------------

Hi there! Here you can see some serious DX9 action in good old FSX! ;-) The dramatic weather came from ASN, the stunning cloud textures were provided by REX Soft Clouds and the beautiful scenery is FTX Global, FS Global 2010, FTX Global Vector, FTX Trees HD, FTX Open LC, Aerosoft Frankfurt Egelsbach and Aerosoft Innsbruck. Thanks to Carenado for the wonderful Hawker 850XP (what a beauty, and I love how she hand flies), and special thanks to Bert Pieke for gis Flight1 GTN mod! Here we go:

Two years waiting, it's finally here, and I am impressed. 15fps at high settings albeit minus AI traffic, since I am yet to install that on my new install. That could take a while.
