The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

A few pics taken over western New Mexico using the fabulous new release from Carenado. I've been waiting for this gorgeous aircraft to be released and I was not disappointed. The Cheyenne is a spectacular performer and the airfile feel is superb. I would like to see Carenado follow it up with the super hot Cheyenne LS 400, maybe they will! Enjoy!

Not just the preserve of the PMDG rendition. Having read the thread over on the PMDG area about Krueger flap retraction, I was curious to see if the freeware POSKY 744 I have had this modelled. To my surprise , it does! (If I may be permitted to post an image..)

So I made this repaint for the SMS Overland A320 and I want to share a screenshot of the plane. For a split second some people can mistake this as an Aerosoft repaint because of the shine. How does it look?

Here are six more shots showing default P3Dv3.4.9 over Orbx using my own sky and clouds and some different settings. The sim has a lot of different appearances based on settings and weather and location. Several of these shots were taken with HDR brightness at 1.32, Bloom magnitude at .53, and Saturation at 1.13 while others here were taken with brightness at 1.12 and bloom magnitude and saturation both at .98.

Been trying XPL11 for a couple of weeks now. I really like it so far. It obviously excells at several areas where P3D is weaker, but for tube flying, I still prefer P3D. However, I find joy in flying both sims, so here are couple of screens from Rotate Sim MD80 v1.3 and IXEG 737 classic. These shots have been rezied from 4k, so quality might be lost. and the default C172 is quite fun to fly :)

A quick zip over to the north side of Majorca in Aerosoft's new flying school sim, Ready For Take Off, to check out the photo terrain. Below you can see Soller and Puerto de Soller, which is very nice in real life, especially if you like seafood lol and there's a very old cool train you can get from the main town of Soller, which is up the hill (get the tram, it's very steep if you walk); the train goes through the lemon and orange groves in the mountains and finishes up in Palma. This is the Baron you get in the sim, the other aeroplane being an A320. You have to do a few mandatory basic 'flying lessons' before the sim will let you fly off by yourself wherever you …
