Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Another great scenery from UK2000… and a rare opportunity for the rotary wingers to flesh out a scenery with their favourite obsession! A good mix of helo AI available from UTT and others, filled in with Flight1’s Helo package The excellent Bond repaint is by Edetroit, on the (also excellent) ICARO AW139. Much sport with configuring the helo to behave with Autopilot take-offs and landings. Like UK2000’s other fine scenery at Humberside, Aberdeen is a busy hub for helicopters servicing the North Sea oil rigs … and so the mission is typically 100 nm or more, eastward into the ocean. http://www.avsim.com/topic/495742…

Sometimes you just get curious about stuff don't you? Y'know, like how many scoops of ice cream it would take to fill up the Albert Hall, or, Would a DC-8 fit through the lower archway of the Eiffel Tower? Well fortunately with a flight sim, you can at least answer the second one of those questions. Now of course it will physically fit if it is on the ground, since the archway is two hundred and forty three and a half feet wide at the very bottom and a DC-8's wingspan is one hundred and forty one feet, which theoretically gives you just over fifty feet clearance either side if you go low enough, but it is an arch, so flying through it means there's less room if you a…

First up is a real world livery called "Black Bird". This texture set includes an optional reworked instrument panel with engine turned gauge sub panels for a more retro look.
