Does Anybody know where I can find flightplans for Olympic Airways - domestic routes (Greece)?And how can I convert these to AI traffic Flightplans that can be compiled by TTools?Best RegardsLars

My Greetings to all Captains,I'm quite new to the AI environment. I have searched half of all 73 pages of posts listed in this TTools forum but couldn't find any giving some instructions on how to start with AI. However, I found some information on different AI tools like TTools, AFCAD, etc., also a few tutorials on PAI but still get confused and puzzled. My Greetings to all Captains,Well, I've just installed some AFCAD files from AVSIM library but after that I CANNOT properly land the aircraft (not AI aircraft but the one I fly, either default FS2004, PMDG or LDS, doesn't matter)... The problem is that when I am approaching the runway while levelled off at altitudes not greather than 3000-4000 feet I first see the Localizer and when it comes to the glideslope the red GS indicator starts rapidly going down and does not react to the autopilot (particularly, APP button) commands. But I don't have any problems with PAI's AFCADs.On the other hand, I use FS Navigator and on default (FS2004) airports I can see the ILS beam (two …

The message subject says it all : I want to find out how many flights per airline exist in my traffic.bgl file.I have UT and TT.Any suggestions folks ?

There is a perplexing problem with several AF2-CYSB.bgl (Sudbury, Ontario) files from various authors and before I give the wrong impression. I hasten to say I found nothing wrong with any of these files according to the AFCAD Fault Finder and my reading of AFCAD documentation - but they simply don't work for departing AI traffic and I haven't been able to determine why? Can anyone help and advise about a solution? I posted previously on this matter in the main AVSIM FS9 forum without much success but perhaps the specialized skills here might find an audience. Is any tool available to find the duplicated AFCAD files? I remember there was one, but I am not sure. Thank you.

I am replacing my old FSP777v2 models and paints with shiny new 777v3 ones. I have them all downloaded and ready to go- but ran into a snag:Normally I use PAITextureManager to install these downloaded repaints as it is much faster and less tedious to do it that way. Also makes all of my AI folders consistent as well.I know how to edit a few parts of the .xml files in the BaseData folder (where PAItextureManager gets info on what type of aircraft the to-be-installed repaint is) such as the title or the UI manufacturer, so that all enw AI aircraft automatically conformed to my adopted naming standard w/o me having to manually edit them.But I can't quite figure out how to …

I've been doing AFCAD work at 2 USAF bases. But now I understand I need to add airport data to the airport text file before TTools recognizes the airport and lets it receive traffic.Can anyone tell me how that's done?Thanks!!Rick

Okay..couple of items on the TTools.................1.) Starting to enjoy the AI traffic using some nice AI freeware aircraft addons on Fly Tampa airports and the MegaFrankfurt scenery. During my "plane spotting", I noticed some of the planes will just pop up from the tarmac or sometimes disappears before going to the gate.2.) There are some aircrafts that are duplicated on the schedule. Let say two United B777 taxiing and taking off at the same time and at close proximity of each other. But, the flight number is different..............probably the time is schedule is off. So, if anyone can provide me the above solutions that will be great.................Than…

Hi folks,I read somewhere that the F1 UT models are not the most efficient for AI. There was a recommendation to replace them with AI Aardvark models.Can anybody shed some light on this issue ? Seems like a very tedious job but if it is FPS-worhty nothing is too tedious.Thanks for any input.

Hi,Made an Afcad1.4-file for my Nimitz carrier.AI aircraft, such as a Hornet, can take off from it, but landing is still a problem: they overly the carrier at low altitude, but do not land... what's the problem ?All items are used (Tower, navaids, ...no faults found). Hi,I am running FS2002 and making a scenery. Have also setup a special Afcad-file + overlay for this airport. In order to let work AI also in FS9 I like to make an Afcad2 file.I heard that it was possible to do this if I had the necessary FS9 Afcad2 standard files. I could so configurate the two Afcad files with an Afcad2 program and save the files in a temporary FS9 map.Can that be done ?Thanks. Jos

I downloaded a Ai base model and gave it a texture. In TTools I went to aircraft editor and this aircafts radius is greyed out. It is a Boeing 747-200 which I can't get to show up in FS2004. Would this be due to the fact it has no radius?I believe the radius for this aircraft would be in the model.air folder. Could I replace this file with a default .air folder? Frank!

I have set my departure time for a Boeing DC10-30 at 10:45:00 and when I start up FS2004 the aircraft has already left. It left at around 06:00:00. AC#69,N555CN,35%,12Hr,VFR,10:45:00,13:26:00,250,F,0404,KMIA,18:00:00,20:41:00,260,F,0404,CYHMIt is the same with other aircraft that I have been using for a few years. I have four B727 Purolator's. AIA B747-200 FEDEX, CP-140, B727 UPS, and there is a fly miami that just sits there.I did a lot of re-building from Scenegenx to Afcad2 and my problems haven't stopped.Can someone give me a reason or a fix for this problem.So far I have deleted TTools and AITMv2 about four times already and re-installed. Each plan will be individually created dependent on aircraft type, it's owner and it's base. Real-world registered aircraft will (hopefully) fly from their real-world bases. Hi,I am confused.Have setup a Towing Car TG5000 as AI ground vehicle, but it shows only the towing bars at night.Is it possible to tweak it ? Maybe by setup all AI aircraft to show their lights all the time (day and night) ?The e-mail address of the author doesn't work.Or is there another solution ?Greetz. Jos

I thought I recently downloaded a file which claimed to be able to compare Airport.txt files, and maked a merged file with no duplicates, but now I can't find it. Anyone know of anything like this, alternatly, an airports.txt file with all airports in FS9 would work, or maybe I'm missing something obvious- like how to generate it from within FS9.Thanks- John B.

I have been looking for a set of US Airways Express AI flight plans and cannot seem to find any besides those released a few years ago for PSA.
