Greetings,We need your help in finding GREAT handling aircraft so we can document the dynamic flight charateristics. By great, I am asking from your perceptuion and from your system, which aircraft do you like to fly? What I am seeking is what makes this aircraft more fun and acceptable to your flying needs then this one.We have discovered how to document the response to control surface commands the dynamic response of the aircraft. This is what you "feel" and experience. I use FS2002 only with real weather. I would like to get your opinion via which program you believe simulation is best after retrieving metar files from the internet.My expecerience is that both Sqauwk box and the incorporated real weather dl within FS2002 both create poor simulation. I do use the most recent FSW set of clouds for this purpose.All comments appreciated.Regard

Well I was very excited at first....waned slightly by the hour it took to load it on the HD....then I booted FS and went to my favorite VFR Airport Duxford (EGSU) (it took ages to load the scenery BTW) and found that my favorite Gary Summons Duxford did not fit! :-( I won`t remove it off the HD but will only have it activated if I want to do some very serious VFR training eg. if you are going for your ppl....oh well........Ed :-)

I am in need of some information on the Ariane and Simflyers products. They look good on the websites, but are they worth while purchases? I am more than willing to pay for good products, but I like to find out what they are like and which are the best. Thank you for the information....

Hello everyone I got my copy of Airports 2002 Volume 1 today and decided I would give a little report for all of those who want to know the pros and cons of this new product.the box: The box is in the new style boxes PC products have been coming in.The package is simple and contains a the CD and manual.The manual contains the usual Wilco format for those who have bought the airports series before you will know what Iam talking about .The install the install is very simple to follow and will give you the choice of what airports and to install as well the 737 and extra AFCADS for AI.Everything installs without a problem. Hi everybody,If you haven't downloaded and installed the "la Rioja" scenery files you're missing a truly amazing experience.The combination of satellite/photographic based landscape with the addition of cleverly placed autogen houses and trees is absolutely fantastic.Being able to spot rivers, roads, railways, towns, villages etc...is a real kick.The landscape textures are so smooth and so realistic (duh...they're aerial photos of the real thing...what did you expect?)...marvellous !Do yourself a favor, download Chris Willis "La Roja" situation files (otherwise you might spend a couple of hours to locate the actual scenery).I've said it already several times: this is the …

I've lost the ability to pop-up any panel windows with shift+1,2 etc I just flew a VA flight last night and all was fine - started up the sime about 10 mins ago and they don't work in any of my aircraft!Anyone know what could have happened?

Hello,I installed the American 727 and when I find it inside my aircrafts in Fs2002, the model is showed but when I click ok to load it, FS2002 closes without messages and I go to the desktop (winXP).Then I tried to open carenado Piper Warrior II and same think, when I click OK FS closes.I tried to re-install these aircrafts and no luck.Other aircrafts works fine.Any idea ?Thanks a lot,Ulisses

hi alli started my flight around the world today in the PSS747, and what a brilliant aircraft / panel it isi took off from Brisbane to Singapore and took me 7:15hrs as per the normal flight, now my next hop is to Bombay in India then to Dubai in the UAEi like to preplan for this regarding SIDS/STARS anyone know where i can get access to these diagrams?thx

FS2K2 Update for Airport 2000 v2 Boston Logan Int'l w/ RAFCAD AI tracks...

I have added the Dreamfleet GPS pane to a number of aircraft. They show up just fine. The problem I have is when I click the panel icon that should open the GPS it does not. I have to use the shift+x key to open the gauge.Can anyone tell me where do I add the information to make this icon do it's job? The AC config the panel config and what I need to do. I know wihtout the specific info on whick aircraft I have changed it may not be possible to tell me on the forum but I am taking a chance that it's not that difficult.Thanks in advance to anyone that can helpAndrew

I assume I'm doing something wrong, but I'm using the Apron Fix #8 from P. Cline and it does not seem to do anything. I still have flashing at the airports that are updated in the fix. All airports are default. I basically took the AprnFix folder and stuck it in my Scenery folder as per the ReadMe file. I still notice flashing at many of the airports including KRNO, KMEM, KOAK, and KMSP just to name a few. These airports are included in the fix. Not sure what the problem is. Do you need to somehow "activate" this for it to work? Any insight appreciated!! Thanks!

I saw the RealityXP ATD gauge in the new files listing. Are you guys planning on integrating this into the Deb? If not uploading a fix publically, maybe posting how to do it on our own?

Im getting serious stutters in FS2K2. It happens in every view I go to spot, tower, cockpit, I happens in the default aircraft too. I put the display settings in low too including scenery to very sparse and texture displays low ECT and still I get those stutters. My FS2K2 runs smoother in my P3 533MHZ than my P4 1.6Ghz im using now. My computer specs are P4 1.6Ghz 512mb, Windows XP, Geforce2 MX400 64MB 40.72 drivers. Mike

jerrycwo4I just tried to get the Kneeboard Data Installer, vr 1.0, by Graham Sumner to work, but I couldn't. I know when it first came out there was a problem but it said "FIXED" on the download, but I stll cann't make it work. Anybody else figgered it out? I can CUT / Paste the data to the kneeboard the old fasion way "CTRL/ C CTRL/V," but not with his program. I downloaded it a couple of says ago. jerry

Hey guys, looking for some aerial views for a small airport I am re-designing in Alaska. I have 1 overhead shot, but not enough detail to know where the buildings are. Anyone have a clue where I can find some aerial or satellite images (free)? Searched the web, no luck.
