  1. Thanks for the heads-up. I had pretty much given up on the 51 in 2024. This breathes new life into it, for sure!
  2. In Tobii Experience, go to Productivity, turn off Stay Awake.
  3. I would try using live online traffic in sim and see how that shakes out.
  4. Totally agree on this! That could be the reason I don't have the issue you have.
  5. I tried this and for whatever reason, it didn't work for me. I'm using stock FSLTL settings.
  6. I'm using FSLTL without the injector (using msfs 2024 itself) and do not notice this this problem. We have very close to the same hardware.
  7. Nice comparison. Never done TrackIR so, can't be subjective on that. I agree with your analogy on the workings of the EyeTracker and as you said, it just depends on exactly how you are using it along with price. Not really using the eye tracking in msfs 2024 as it just seems to be what works best, for me. Have to see how it does in driving sims. All in all, it brought me the imersiveness I was looking for, in 2024.
  8. Negative. Home of EAA. Used the Display setup, as well but I have the eye tracker turned in a bit because of the left offset. Eye tracking not the best but, head tracking working as expected.
  9. Ordered same time as you and received same day, as well. Did not pay the extra $20. Do you have yours offset to one side to clear your wheel? Have mine off to the left and wasn't easy to config the eye tracking, although in sim, I'm 90% using head tracking. Haven't tried it in driving sim yet.
  10. Read your response. Well said. My thought was, from the little I've read on BATC, that there are those that have been waiting for VFR implementation and this was the devs bringing that forward. Hence, "possible" new customers.
  11. Not pushing AS...just happen to like this cloud structure. https://imgur.com/a/0HXX7Fx
  12. Just tried it on my 3080....works....so far. Not stable for me. Artifacts, as well.
  13. I'll clarify a bit more and say that it "portrays" inclement weather better, in the sense that the cloud structures seem more realistic...to me. Not even going to touch how "accurate" any of the weather is. Asobo or otherwise.😉
  14. IMO, what it does better is the way it portrays inclement weather. More realistic ...imo.
  15. Jumped on it, as well. Will be building a holder of sorts to off set for my wheel setup.
  16. How about eye glasses? Any negative affect?
  17. Always wondered why 2 folders for your addons. Makes sense now.
  18. Were you using a sim rate app prior to deleting the WASM files? Just thinking out loud.
  19. Is the FOV basically for setting up in cockpit or should external views be adjusted, as well? Can external views be adjusted and saved? As far as I can tell, they can not. At least least not as far as, FOV goes.
  20. In Accessibility settings, "Show the white dot..." and "Allow 2d cursor...". Perhaps checking or unchecking those may help. Actually, it sounds like you may have something set in your mouse settings that is telling it to stop displaying after a certain time frame.
  21. Hope I'm not being overly obvious but, have you tried a different mouse, just to rule that out?
