Did you allow "everyone" for the .exe file as well? I don't have that problem here. Did you change the owner for the .exe file as well?

Have you tried right-clicking and changing the option to run as administrator and then creating a shortcut to the desktop?

If it is possible, you have to go to properties, sécurity, advanced and modify the owner.

I fly in a Home cockpit, I use two video projectors set by Nvidia surround and Fly elise-NG for three views on 180°. When I activate Steam Lossless Scaling, nothing happens if I set to 20 frames per second, it stays at 20 frames per second whether by RTSS or using the Nvidia frame limiter. I do not use ViewGroups.
