Yes, but there is a caveat.  To use the Kuru and or the Horizon you must have the 2020 version of the 787-10 installed.  To do that you must disable the 2024 787-10 and enable the 2020 version. All of this is done via the library.  Once you get that done you can install the Kuru in 2024 and it should work as expected.  Good luck and here is a FB post on same topic to encourage you LoL. Blue skies!,

Kinda?

You can do a flight, but once you land and engage the reversers (or maybe it's the speed brake I don't recall) the aircraft will start cartwheeling into the air.

Pretty sure that 2020 787-10 flaw is addressed in SU 16 1.39.0.0 Beta.

Aircraft

Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner

Fixed an issue with handling spoiler inputs that could cause the airplane to spin out of control.

I think it's the speedbrake. I got that cartwheeling once during approach, and after discovering this issue, I uninstalled the Kuro (sadly). But this is in 2024 SU2 stable.

That's in 2020, judging from the SU number. Would it be carried over to 2024?

Main rig: self built, AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D (with SMT off and CO -50 mV), 2x16 GB DDR4-3200 RAM, Nvidia RTX 5060Ti 16GB, 256 GB M.2 SSD (OS+apps) + 2x1 TB SATA III SSD (sims) + 1 TB 7200 rpm HDD (storage), ID-Cooling SE-224-XTS air cooler, Viewsonic VX2458-MHD 1920x1080@120-144 Hz (G-sync compatible), Windows 11. Running P3D v5.4 (with v4.5 scenery objects as an additional library, just in case), FSX-SE, MSFS2020, MSFS2024 and even FS9. XP11 and 12 installed, just for curiosity.

Mobile rig: ASUS Zenbook UM425QA (AMD Ryzen 7 5800H APU @3.2 GHz and boost disabled, 1 TB M.2 SSD, 16 GB RAM, Windows 11 Pro). Running FS9 there for airliner ops. FSX-SE also installed, just in case. Lossless Scaling in al my rigs. What a godsend...

Yes,I believe so because once you install SU16 the cartwheel is fixed and that now is the 2020 787 used in 2024.  My experience at least.  YMMV. TANSTAAFL

Thank you! I guess I can wait until SU16 is actually released. In the meantime, I'll fly it in 2020.
