The font on this site changed recently, at least for me.

It now appears like what a old manual typewriter would produce with very dirty keys and an old ribbon with little ink left on it.

Can I change the font on what I read?

I know how to change the font on what I type and it still looks good but what I read is horrible.  

 

Can you show a screenshot of what you see?  Are you on a phone or computer screen?

Here it is

1.  Change the ribbon on your typewriter
2.  Clean the Type face on the type-bars (proper terminology) I'm an old-time Singer/Friden Flexowriter tech!

Is this on a phone or computer screen?  You probably need to adjust fonts on your computer/phone.
Does it only happen on this site?

I did not explain the problem clearly.

The font and appearance is perfect, as it always has been, in the reply section AFTER I submit it. It is blurry and "ugly" as I sit here and type. 

The blurry text always occurs when I am reading text rather than entering it. 

I had already tried all the things you suggest.  This problem occurred suddenly and ONLY in test I am reading on this site. 

I have a 48" 4K monitor with the latests NVidia drivers installed.  When I move the window to my older LCD monitor at 1920x1080 I see the same "dirty typewriter" image. 

 

In both Chrome and Edge - I changed every front to a new and distinct front and very different size.  I shut down both browsers and restarted them. 

On both browsers at the AVSIM web sited I see the changed font in the title of each topic.  But the body of text does not change in either size of font.  It is always this dirty typewriter.

I have browsed all available fonts in both browser setup pages and cannot find one that looks like what I see here. 

As I said earlier - the ONLY place I see this dirty typewriter font is on the AVSIM site.  I spend six or more hours a day on hundreds of websites and never see anything like this.
