This bug drives me crazy as it doesn't occur all the time (like at KJFK) but it happens all the time at like KLAX. I have all the top livery AIG, FSLTL, FS Traffic.  Not sure why I keep getting these type errors.  Do I have something wrong in settings?  The log file is huge so I will email you.

This is a problem outside PSXT ...

After 20  liveries that cannot be created by MSFS, PSXT stops to give you time to repair your AI aircraft in MSFS.

Either there is a activation problem, PSXT asks the Sim to spawn a livery based on its title, but MSFS does not know that title. Or it could be individual model/liveries that are not correctly installed.  

I see 10 problems with JustFlight, 7 with AIG and 3 with FSLTL.

So they are most likely individual problems (not an activation problem).

 

Why use all three aircraft options? FS Traffic and FSLTL bring nothing to the table model or liveries wise when you already have AIG installed. How is your parameters file setup for the lfolders?

...and the MD-11 isn't available with AIG but is with FSTL...I use AIG aside from this model.  Works really well.

Same for the C172, it not in AIG but in FSLTL.

I am using all three packages with priority. AIG on top. Gives me about 11000 liveries.

 AIG certainly does have a 172, plus it's NOT using the default MSFS "AI" model like FSLTL's is.  AIG also includes in other light GA models as the 152, 172RG, 177, 177RG, 182, 182RG, 206, 402, 414, 406, PA28 just to name a few.

I know, but I meant FSLTL has a few generics, for instance for  C172 and B738, I see that PSXT matches them a lot:

         DEEIW    D-EEIW            PVT C172 =4= FSLTL_GA_C172_ZZZ
         GNY4630                        GNY B738 =4= FSLTL_FAIB_B738_Boeing

Is it possible to request that users be able to set priorities in the interface rather than the parameters file?  I personally want FS Traffic models over FSLTL over AIG as frame rates are key.

Also IVAO MTL has helicopters and even though I add their folder to the priority list no helos show up in sim with PSXT + RT

No, the interface would become too complicated. You only have to set it once. There are also users that need more then 10 folders, that's why I moved it to the parameters years ago.

You can check in \output\LIveriesScanned.xml if they were detected.

Set Helicopters = true in the parameters file.

Also pay attention to this:

Manual section 13.1:

Special case IVAO MTL (P3D) / ivao_x-csl (MSFS):

The folder with the MTL must be named IVAO_MTL (capitals) or ivao_x-csl  (lower case) otherwise PSXT will scan the files as if they were normal liveries!

Manual, Chapter 7, first alinea:

"Note that your helicopter liveries should have Category=airplane in their aircraft.cfg file, and not Helicopter."
