October 20, 20232 yr If you use DX12, stay far away from any BMW/AM Sim scenery. They are not optimized at all and suck up all VRAM. As mentioned above, I also have a 4080 with 16gb of memory and get massive stutters due to VRAM exhaustion. Eric

This decision arises from the intensifying competitive landscape within the market. FSimStudios acknowledged that the market is not big enough to sustain three renditions of the same airport, each created by a different developer. They emphasized that, in order for such a project to be viable for them, it would have to break industry benchmarks and meet standards akin to the quality associated with renowned developers like Flightbeam or Pyreegue. While the Montreal airport project has not been abandoned, FSimStudios aims to invest more time in meticulously crafting an industry-standard breaking rendition of the airport. The team remains committed to the endeavor, believing that discontinuing the project now would have greater repercussions for the developer than persevering, albeit at a slower pace. https://www.facebook.com/people/FSimStudios/100063503409123/
