The other end of the cable that plugs into the desktop is a normal USB A plug on both versions. I buy from Etsy all the time. At least as reliable as eBay, in fact more reliable than eBay, in my experience. These are made in the United KIngdo. Big difference is you define the individual buttons and what they do. Much more versatile in my opinion. And if 15 buttons isn't enough ... you can make additional pages with more buttons, or buy the 32 button model ($250US) which also makes additional pages and so much more.
