I will pay for a video - Install of PMDG 738 Liveries
Mike, Launch MSFS 2024. Navigate to the Marketplace section. Click on My Library in the top-left corner. This is where you can manage your content library and make adjustments. Look for the small cogwheel icon next to the search bar (not the larger cog by your username). Click on this icon to open a settings pop-up. That will show you the path to your Community folder. Is it the same as listed in OC3?

I will pay for a video - Install of PMDG 738 Liveries
Are you sure you used the default location for the Community folder when you installed FS2024? I have a Community folder in the %localappdata%/packages/etc etc path but it's a dummy put there before I told the FS2024 installer where I wanted the Community folder. Check that. Confusing, but it's MS/Asobo.

If you're seeing the 738 itself, but not the liveries, it's got to be a path problem. FS2024 is not seeing the liveries where you're installing them. If all else fails, delete the 738, OC3 and erase their directories in Community. Start over.

If you installed liveries thru OC3 and you're not seeing them in FS2024 I'd check the Settings within OC3 and see if the paths are correct. My path points to the Community folder, not Community2024 (if that makes a difference.)

Hjet Throttles in MSFS2024
What reversers? Are we thinking of the FlightFX Citation X not the Hjet? I got the throttles working with these scripts (which I probably got from you years ago for the 2020 version of the Hjet.) (L:Honda-ThrottleOne)·100·/·(>L:THROTTLE1_SET,·Number) (L:Honda-ThrottleTwo)·100·/·(>L:THROTTLE2_SET,·Number) for the left and right engines respectively. Min=0, Max=100, Rounding=Int on both engines. Thanks for your reply.

Hjet Throttles in MSFS2024
Seems everything works in the FS2024 version of the Honda Jet except the script for the throttles. Anyone have AAO and the Hjet talking to each other using script or variable? TIA

Freezing at 89% loading
Yes, that's where mine is.
-
Waiting for Authentication
Same for FS2024, but FS2020 is working except the Marketplace is unavailable.

Freezing at 89% loading
That far along in loading I'd suspect a problem in your EXE.XML. Disable it and see if you can get to the main menu.

Anyone knows what is going on with SU5 beta ?
Could you explain a little more? TIA

FS2024 community folders - running fs2020 aircraft in fs2024
You're assuming they can tell the difference. I'd ask around and see if Rube Goldberg is on any of the "teams."

FSS Updates the EMB 175 and 195 again Experimental
I ran the Navigraph Updater from whatever directory it is in. Pretty sure that's the root directory of the 175, 195 and freighter. In their Discord we feel confident that those with just the FMS Data subscription in Navigraph can't update to a new cycle.

FSS Updates the EMB 175 and 195 again Experimental
I was able to get the flightplan into the EFB. Did not know my Simbrief ID was also needed in the FMS. I'll try that, and thanks. That worked, thanks! And on one flight attempt also took care of the WASM crash. Couldn't fly but will try again tomorrow.

Chaseplane in MSFS2024
That's how it works for me. I use the Numpad 0-9 for my cockpit views. 7 is the pilot view and 9 is the copilot view. If I press 9 it goes to the copilot view, if I press 9 again it goes back to pilot view. Does this with any cockpit view except when I have multiple views assigned to the same #. The pilot view (7) is listed at the top in the Chaseplane Internal column. Don't know for a fact but that might be the reason for always returning to pilot view. Whatever's on top is the "master" ???

FSS Updates the EMB 175 and 195 again Experimental
WASM crashes have not let me actually take a flight with v0.10.31. NavData still doesn't want to update the cycle unless you have the Ultimate subscription at Navigraph. Which I don't, or want. Simbrief integration not working into the FMS. Although you can load a Simbrief flightplan into the EFB and load fuel into the plane. It does look good just standing there as long as you don't touch anything. <sigh>

Chaseplane in MSFS2024
Yes. Open the Chaseplane window and click on the button at top right between the _ (minimize)and X (close). Looks like a rectangle with an arrow pointing out of it. I'm sure it has a name but I don't know what it is. Then you caan move the window to a second monitor.

MSFS 2024 Users!!! Did you delete MSFS 2020 yet???
Thanks, at least, for not writing in all caps.

Opinions on MSFS ‘replay’ systems available for 2024?
Should also be a standalone program in whatever folder you installed FCR5. One for P3D and one for MSFS. More options, better interface.

Opinions on MSFS ‘replay’ systems available for 2024?
Which aircraft? I miss watching my long landings.
-
Opinions on MSFS ‘replay’ systems available for 2024?
Really! Author only claims FS2020 compatibility.

Opinions on MSFS ‘replay’ systems available for 2024?
1. very limited 2. don't think it works in FS2024. Edit: FS.to shows only as compatible with FS2020. 3. never heard of ti 4. FCR5 freezes the PMDG 737 whenever I try to record. Shame as I like the interface.

FSS E-Jet Throttle
Great thread. Finally got the Spoiler to workon the Experimental Ejets. This is on a TurtleBeach Velocity One yoke. Other hardware might not need to reverse the spoiler axis. Enter Variable = IE:EVT_LEVER_SPOILER_1 Axis reversed, Min = -1, Max = 1, Continuously, Float

New DLSS Version 310.5
In the video he mentions using the "quality" setting while flying the Airbus, but at the beginning of the video he shows DLAA (100%) in the Nvidia app. I tried it. Nvidia RTX4090 @ 2560x1440, AA= DLSS Super Resolution with DLAA (100%), Frame Generation= both None and 2x. FlightFX Citation X the ghosting (blurring) is pretty much gone, as in it's not noticeable. I turned the brightness knob for the PFD up to the 11 o'clock position to better see the altitude digits. Really nice. PMDG 737 (FS2024 model) the ghosting is still miserable, bad, bad, bad. Different font? Coding? Something? Way past my knowledge. Don't have an Airbus but in the video looked as good as my observations with the Citation X. Didn't try any other aircraft but will later. So .... when I fly the Citation X i'll use DLSS and when I fly the 737 I'll switch to TAA anti-aliasing.
