May 12, 20224 yr So A320 master edition + new products A32N / A330 for MSFS. Interesting....getting crowded in the Airbus segment. Edited May 12, 20224 yr by SAS443 EASA PPL SEPL + NQ / CB-IR in progress MSFS24 | X-Plane 12
May 12, 20224 yr Lol too late I am afraid. AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 64GB DDR5 6000MHZ RAM, RX7900XT, FreeSync 165hz 1440p display
May 12, 20224 yr So it sucks to be FSLabs in MSFS, because Fenix effectively cornered FSLab's market share with the Fenix A320, not to mention that the FBW A320 is also a competitor to FSLabs (and a competitor to Fenix, of course). And I believe Fenix will do the A319 and A321 after their A320, effectively taking away the A319/A320/A321 market share away from FSLabs. Fenix has put FSLabs between a rock and a hard place, with respect to MSFS 😅 i5-12400, RTX 3060 Ti, 32 GB RAM
May 12, 20224 yr I for one am late to the MSFS party, but regardless of the FENIX, I will support FSLABS 100 percent when they bring their products to MSFS, at least with the airbus. I am especially excited about the A330.

FSLabs would do well to focus on the A330 or even A350 instead as that would fill a current market gap for more long haulers. You have now FBW that is almost everyday getting better and Fenix that is about to be released. So yeah, good luck for them AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 64GB DDR5 6000MHZ RAM, RX7900XT, FreeSync 165hz 1440p display

FSLabs would do well to focus on the A330 or even A350 instead as that would fill a market gap. I believe that Aerosoft is working on an A330 for MSFS, and there is already the freeware A330 project by Headwind that uses the FBW A320 code: https://flightsim.to/file/18198/airbus-a330-900neo-conversion While the Aerosoft version may never be a high fidelity airliner, the freeware Headwind version is interesting. With every improvement in the FBW A320c ode, the Headwind A330 project can benefit from it. And I would guess, since the release of the Headwind A330 project, people are probably offering free help to Headwind to improve the freeware A330. If it takes another two years for FSLabs to come out with an A330 for MSFS, the Headwind A330 project could be a completely different plane in two years time, especially as it keeps benefitting from advances in the FBW code over the next 2 years (assuming Headwind doesn't abandon the A330 project, and the FBW code keeps improving over the next 2 years). May 12, 20224 yr Probably going to be quite a wait for any MSFS releases if they do actually happen - Seeing as all of these products will be coming out for P3D first anyway. May 12, 20224 yr While you can be too late to a market for customers that already bought something similar, you cannot be too late to a market for new customers that have not bought someting similar. In the long term, itpropably won't matter all that much who had the first product to market. There will be enough people in the coming years that will be newly intrudced to MSFS or newly gain an interest in airliners and those can then choose between several products if they want an airbus. Good for them. my African sceneries for MSFS : https://darshonaut.blogspot.com/p/msfs-2020.html

May 12, 20224 yr FSLabs has been pretty disrespectful to some of our fellow AVSIM members for asking very innocent questions. On top of that and their malware debacle, I think the terrible position they're in is entirely deserved. Take-offs are optional, landings are mandatory. The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire. To make a small fortune in aviation you must start with a large fortune. There's nothing less important than the runway behind you and the altitude above you. It's better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air, than in the air wishing you were on the ground.

Twice? Really? But I was going to say the Hawaiian Tropic Bikini Team. Grrr... Take a long walk off of a short pier FSL. Nobody else would make a decent airbus in P3D because of your existence, so I had to go years without one. Well, there's other chicks at this party now, so I'm gonna go get me one and have a you know what kind of good time with it without you guys. Don't let the door hit you....
