  1. Indeed, it is about the money --> people expecting to get paid for their work and effort. How dare they! Get a subscription to RealTraffic --> --> problem solved!
  2. I don't use default ATC. I use BATC or FSHud. None of which seems to recognize the traffic injected by Real Traffic via PSTX.
  3. So, over the last couple of days I've completely switched up my set-up. Bye bye, FSTL, and hello AIG + PSXT + RealTraffic. Have to say, I'm impressed. Yeah, RealTraffic costs money. I took out a 1-month license to see if I like it enough to subscribe for a year, or so.
  4. What are you using for models? AIG or FSTL?
  5. Judging from the preview hype, this addon was supposed to be the shiznit. I guess not.🙃
  6. If FSTL has been doing this "for many years", then why didn't you go after them sooner?
  7. I installed the relevant files as per the instructions in the video above, then tried to download the Europe files - nothing much happened. Took two hours just to download the first airline.....The video guy above claims downloading Europe takes about an hour.
  8. So, if I come to your house, steal all your Rolex watches and give them to my friends as a gift - I'm just giving them away for free - that wouldn't be stealing, right? What it comes down to is, whether or not FSTL had an agreement with FR 24 to download data via an api. If they did, and FR24 decided it's now time to capitalize on this data, then no harm no foul. So, did FSTL have an agreement of this kind with FR24?
  9. Just a skin wrapped around the default WT avionics.
  10. 2020 is old tech. Get on board with the new stuff.
  11. The interface of Beyond ATC is nicer than that of FSHud, so are the voices. During the descent and approach phase, BATC usually collapses like a bad Soufflé. I use it for a bit of aural immersion during start-up, taxi, takeoff, and cruise - the remainder of the flight I handle myself using charts.
  12. Lol Then why does it say on Beyond ATC's website: Transform your virtual skies with a realistic Air Traffic Control! Take your flight simulation to the next level with BeyondATC, an addon that introduces a realistic ATC environment. Featuring over 300 ultra-realistic AI voices with accents and real-world phraseology, BeyondATC delivers authentic ATC communications.
  13. Folks need to dig into the manual. If not, you'll come to grief.
  14. I made the mistake of buying their Boeing Biz Jet for MSFS 2020. The textures are abysmal. Basically, FSX quality.
  15. Great, no more jpeg textures. Glad to see PMDG finally getting a handle on their visuals. About time!
  16. A long list - wasn't the idea to support inibuilds A340 biz jet version with passengers in the cabin?
  17. I don't think you're going to impress the current Miss Universe by showing up with a rust bucket like the King Air B200.
  18. Yeah, and I just got a call from the current Miss Universe: she's inviting me on an all expenses paid week long trip to Cancun! 😁
  19. Is there a 2024 update available for those who bought the original livery pack on simmarket?
  20. Airport addons purchased in the last 30 days? None I find a lot of the freeware airports (both smaller and larger airports) on flightsim.to be at the same level, or even above the level of payware airports.
  21. which plane would I most likely buy and fly in real life. And that, sure as hell, wouldn't be some jalopy rust bucket, which addon developers seem to be putting out by the megatons. I definitely don't enjoy pulling this, yanking that, cranking this. I personally am holding out for a super longrange business jet. But, I think I'll have more luck waiting for the Yeti to show up at my door, holding in one hand a basket full of 4-leaf clovers and in the other an invitation for a 24-hour all expenses paid date with the current Miss World.
