Just to be clear guys... I see the drawing for fixing the yoke to a desk is on a 1:1 basis... So if I put the drawing on my desk in the place I want the yoke I can drill the holes as per the template and they will be in the right place..

Hi! I signed up for the pre-order in December. Is there a place to hear about how things are progressing? I haven't heard anything since the confirmation email. My push-to-talk button on my Honeycomb is going bad... I'm trying to decide how far to go to fix that if the Fulcrum isn't too far out. Thanks much, Mark

Hi Chris, Back in March you promised to sent me some pads that were missing from my yoke and clamp. On my fist enquiry when you would send them to me you replied that you had forgotten and would sent them forthwith but I haven't received anything yet. Unfortunately, all my later e-mails to you about those pads have remained unanswered. Regards, Allard.

Just a quick note, to say that I received my yoke last week and how very pleased I am with it. With this being such a high quality product, it is an absolute pleasure to hold and to use. Also Chris quickly resolved one minor issue I'd encountered. As expected both the force and travel are a significant improvement over my previous Saitek yoke, but one improvement I wasn't expecting was that I now really do have to trim otherwise the force on the yoke required to hold the plane steady soon becomes uncomfortable - exactly as it should do! Other users have made similar comments of cause, but one point I'd like to add regards my Saitek trim wheel. With my Saitek yo…

  6. Hi, I received my yoke 2 days ago and have joined the happy family of Fulcrum Yoke One users. The feel and build are both excellent. I can now roll very precisely, which was not possible with my 10 year-old Saitek yoke. Would like to have some suggestion for adjusting the pitch axis sensitivity. Now, as I perform a flare, I need to pull the yoke almost all the way back. Is it normal or realistic? It takes a lot of effort to hold the yoke at that position as pitch axis is quite stiff at the extreme positions. I set the sensitivity to almost "linear". Should I increase or decrease the pitch axis' sensitivity? Many thanks. KK

Tried to think of a more descriptive title but I failed! In short, as much as my landings have improved since I started using MSFS back on launch day, and as much as the Thrustmaster Airbus sidestick has helped since I bought it, the Fulcrum One has taken things to a new level. Sure, I sometimes mess up, but this was as near to a perfect touchdown as I've ever made in any flight sim. I can some of the credit myself of course, but it's the ability to make small adjustments and get a real feel for those adjustments with the progressively greater force required as you push or pull further on the yoke that are making the real difference. Also, I feel there is, by default…

Hello everyone, I received my Fulcrum-Sim-Yoke last week. So I tear down my old one and try to use the new. After installing the yoke in my sim-stack, I was a litte confused, why none of the knobs work, except one, which triggers ALL knobs. So I inspected the plug and socket for the handle, and I found the receptical loose in the tubeto the main body, so the plug can never reach it completely. The two support requests I started were not answered, so I try my luck over here. How can we fix this problem? Greetings from germany, Rico

Sorry I hate to report any problems with this fine yoke but feel I must to help all concerned. First issue is the set screw for the yoke handle. It is constantly loosening and losing it's center to the shaft so that the yoke handle appears to be mounted in a cocked manner to the shaft. Second issue is the usb connector on the rear keeps coming loose and the yoke is not recognized by the computer until I reseat the plug. This seems to be getting worse as time goes by. Any fixes I can do on my own is definitely what I would like to hear as I cannot really part with this fine piece of hardware for any length of time. Skip

This is just a quick update in relation to the Fulcrum yoke. Mine arrived on April 1st but it’s only been over the last few weeks I’ve been able to use it in earnest and I’ve got to say, wow, Chris has engineered a fantastic bit of kit. It is sublime to use, you can put the plane in the attitude you want with total smoothness and control, no sticky axis or central detents, just as you would in real aircraft. I’ve previous uses both Saitek and CH Product yokes and the difference in feel and quality can be measured in light years. For the price this yokes a steal. I do have one complaint though, the yoke is so good it showed up how poor my rudder pedals were so I’ve up…

Hey Guys, I have my Fulcrum Yoke and it's amazing...Takes simming to another level... My question arises from fitting it into my cockpit build...I have numerous other bits of hardware... Using the supplied clamp whilst anchoring it to my desk works brilliantly it interferes with other components... I know the instructions say it can be screwed into the bottom for cockpit builders but it seems the template for the holes would have to have pinpoint accuracy... The idea I have come up with is removing the rubber feet from the bottom and either glue or stick the yoke to my desk...Are the feet easy to remove and if I …

Hello guys Just wanted to share with you that I received my yoke yesterday. It took three days to get here ( South Florida). I must say this is an amazing piece of engineering. Well designed and feels so great. I am going to share a link of the unboxing of the yoke. Sorry I had just woken up and went straight to open the yoke. Here is the link to the unboxing. Hope it works. Fulcrum One

Dear Chris, I hope the TQ6 you bought off me is still working well. I am so pleased that you are now selling the fulcrums and am so happy for you for the excellent reviews you are getting reflecting your dedication and input. I went through the pre-order process in October 2020 and received an email response. I know you are probably totally snowed under with orders and that patience is needed, a virtue I think we have all re-learned this last year 🙂. I am also in no rush. I registered on the site and see that there is no record of my pre-order, probably the system didn't link the mail address to the pre-order. Is there anything I need to do or do I jus…

I am enjoying using my Fulcrum yoke. However while I was considering which yoke to purchase one of the things that appealed to me about the Honeycomb yoke was the switches available on the housing. As I don't like using the mouse more than I have to, especially with rotary controls. The thing that decided it for me (having tried both at Cosford many moons ago) was the solid build of the Fulcrum and the really smooth travel on the pitch axis in particuIar. not to mention the length of travel and no detent at all. So I have made a small control panel to work with my Fulcrum yoke. Now I have the best of both worlds. Hope these photos might inspire you to get …

Hi. I have three questions before ordering a yoke... I'm using FS9 with a registered copy of FSUIPC on 64 bit Win 10. Although FS9 is not included in the list of compatible sims on the Compatibility tab of your support page, you do state that the yoke will work with any software that accepts a USB joystick input. I don't imagine that I'll encounter any problems but could you confirm it please? When would you forsee despatching a yoke if I ordered it this evening? I'm not looking for a specific date, but an indication of the number of weeks or months will give me something to look forward to. What courier do you use in the UK or can I request a particul…

I loaded a saved scenario from the days when I was using my Saitek yoke. I assumed all would be well but after take-off noticed the aircraft pulling to the left. I had already calibrated the yoke with FSUIPC but did it again just to be on the safe side. But still the problem persisted. On checking the system display on the centre console the ailerons weren't showing level. I had to turn the yoke to the right to level them up. But they had been calibrated so why was this happening? After landing I re-selected the aircraft from the Vehicle menu and this time the ailerons were correctly centred. I have no idea why they wouldn't be with the default C&D saved pan…

HI, is there a chance to see what Yoke looks like from the inside? brds Martin

  23. When pulling the yoke to its fullest extent, the as you release it, my unit developed a loud click followed by a spring ‘twang’ noise. I could repeat this every time, as long as i was moderately ‘firm’ with the yoke. I’d just unmounted it from the clamp and remounted it, bolted directly in place. So i naturally thought i must have put more than the recommended 10mm of bolt thread through and damaged something. Thinking this was self inflicted, I decided to open the case and have a look. Good news: Nothing to do with my bolts. This looks like just a coincidence, maybe. There are four points in the corners of the base where springs are fastened. A…

Ok, received my yoke and have installed it ok, I am impressed, very solid. I am just wondering if the yoke should make any noise in operation. When I use the roll axis the yoke is completely silent and very smooth, but I can't say the same for the elevator axis. When pushing forward or pulling back on the yoke there is a grinding noise. There does not appear to be any stiction when moving the yoke through it's full travel but it does feel a bit harder to move the shaft compared to the roll axis. Is this something to be concerned about? Regards Bryan.
