Flight Planning

Hello there everyoneI was just wondering if anyone had anywhere some plans of Qantas flights between HKG and LHR. I ask for Qantas plans because I have recently learnt that Qantas 747s are capable of flying over higher terrain because they have extra oxygen bottles in case of a decompression, so can divert at a higher altitude for a little while until they are clear of the higher terrain. This enables them to take a slightly more direct routing to London when they fly.Thanks a lot for any help,Rudy

Hello :-wave,I thought it would be time to check out the fantastic PMDG 747-400 on a 'short' long haul trip from Frankfurt to Dubai and back. Hi everybody!I recently bought a copy of FSBuild 2.2 as to start with a more sophisticated flightplanning in FS9. Playing around a little I noticed that NAV Data are not always the same in FSBuild en FS9. As a newcomer in this field, please let me be surprised about that.... ;-)I noticed, that SID's and STAR's in FS9 are not always available in the GPS of FS9 (or v.v.). Further I noticed that some Rwy's do have ILS in FS9, but don't show up in the GPS-receiver. Quit a nuissance, if you planned to land on Rwy 22 and ATC sends you to Rwy 4, which - of course - fails in the GPS, or if the ILS/STAR in the GPS screen is no option on the ATC menu of FS9. Unless Im doing it all the wrong way Im finding it a little tough to find real-world MD-11 passenger routes. I use Eskyguide and all I seem to be able to find are Varig & Finnair routes (and I've flown those many times!) I really like to fly the MD11 but would like to check out some other real-world routes these planes are used on.Could any of you help? Even a text-listing would be good. Just like to know departure-destination and depart-arrive times.Thanks much :)

Hi!I'm new here. I see there are a lot of boards. I don't know if this is the correct board. If not, I suppose the moderators will move this topic.When I fly my PMDG 737 I always plan my flights with FsNavigator whitch haves an export module to PMDG in it.Usually the flight goes well. Untill the approach. Flight Simulator's standard ATC wants me to fly another approach then I planned with my STAR's. In some cases I have to cancel (or de ATC cancels) my plan. I have to land on VFR. I usually fly offline.Is this a known problem? And, most important... Is there a way to solve this?Thanks in advance!Flitskip

I didn't check the flightplans for correctness, nor did I check if there are any duplicates. You'll also find that for some RPLs both the summer and winter plan is included.
