We turn towards Lake Pontchartrain and land at Lakefront (KNEW), Louisiana. We stay in Louisiana until returning to Mississippi at the end of the flight. Today we fly from Kyrgyzstan to China. We depart from Manas International Airport (UCFM), the main international airport in Kyrgyzstan. We conclude our tour around Germany with this flight. We leave Kassel and overfly Hanstein Castle. It is a ruined castle, the former home of the nobles von Hanstein. In 1946, Hanstein Castle became the property of the German Democratic Republic. Because the border was only several hundred meters away one of the towers was used by the border guard as a watch tower. Some renovations started in 1985, although no tourists were allowed to go to the castle, because of the border. Since 1990, Hanstein Castle has belonged to the municipal council of Bornhagen.
