The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Just wanted to post a preview of a work in progress -- The newest aircraft to wear the Alaska Airlines white, smiling Eskimo livery is a Bombardier CRJ-701 registration N215AG. I am finishing up a repaint of this in the Project Opensky (Freesky Project) CRJ-700 V3 model for FS9. This is still a work in progress; I've still got some work to do, but it's getting closer. I plan to release it in the next week. Screenshots are taken in and around KSEA. Airport scenery is FlyTampa's KSEA. Enjoy.

Inspired by the passion of the pilots in the superb World Air Routes Alaska Airlines 737-200 DVDI thought I would try the Anchorage to Red Dog route..... only to find out I had a lot of work to do.In FS9 Red Dog's ICAO code is PARD it should be PADG... it now has an asphalt runway...new runway designations.... the list goes on. I also might wait for the Simwing's PANC scenery before the vid....or I might not. :(

I flew from LA to Seattle and was surprised to see how detailed Mt. St. Helens was! I used to live in Wash. State and moved to the East Coast right before MSH erupted. I was in 9th grade, and my best friends brother was driving close to the mountain and got ash all in his car. He sent me a vial of the ash I still have it somewhere. Last pic is Mt. Rainier had to throw that one in.

There was barely time to look out the window however with my flight plan taking me close to some restricted airspace. As you can see I had to do a lot in 30 mins!If anyone wants to try this flight feel free to ask for the plan. I had to avoid the dangerous airspace and the training zone to the south west. I picked up the A303 and headed over to Stone henge before landing at Boscombe airport.Oh and the weather decided to try and distract me also!Picking up the A303 with Stone henge just over the motorway barrier. Thanks for viewing........if anyone has any Plan G flightplans that were particular memorable, could you let me have them?Rich

A test flight of the shiny new FSX de Havilland DH-106 Comet 4, flying from Manchester to Girona. Taking a Dan Air Comet on this route is in fact a replication of the first ever flight I had in an airliner, way back in the 70s, so it was quite a novel experience to be the driver this time around. Good fun driving it there with VOR navigation and radar vectors, even managed to hand-fly the Honiley 1R SID pretty well.Al
